Great site, large level pitches.
A great location, walk or cycle straight on to the New Forest and a 10 minute walk to Brockenhurst with a good selection of shops and even a Tesco Express & Co-op

WOW, what a great site.
We came here on a short notice cancellation 2 night visit. Arriving at about 9pm.
Right from the word go, James and his team could not have been more helpful.
The site is in a field with electrical hook up, Elsan facilities and fresh running water, the whole place is stunning.
The farm is in the New Forest perimeter with easy access to Lymington and all the surrounding villages.
James met us on arrival and showed to our plot and told me where everything was.
The children wanted to go pony trekking the next day, so we asked and the on-site riding school fitted us in, the kids had a great time.
This was only our second caravan trip, and we have fallen in love with it already, and we are planning a return trip to Ford Farm.
Thank you to everyone at Ford Farm for making our stay so lovely.

First time stopping at this site. We were greeted warmly by the owners and given information regarding water & waste. The site is well laid out with plenty of room between pitches. This is a working stables and is within walking distance of brockenhurst. It is a lovely quiet location and we will be returning again.

If you like simple camping at a friendly, good value site, this is for you. We shared the field with 1 other unit the first night and then had it to ourselves for a further 2. Some parts of the field are firmer than others but I can see that there could be problems in wet weather. However, when we booked the owner said she would find us space in the yard if it turned wet. Water and waste disposal were convenient and we used the EHU as the nights were quite cold. The camping field is behind the stables and the clip clopping of horses adds to the ambience.
Brockenhurst is less than 1/4 mile away and has a good range of independent shops - bakery, butcher, chemist, bookshop etc. - as well as Tesco and an imminent Sainsbury. There is also a range of takeaways and eateries.
We took bikes and cycled along the forest trails. Bikes are available to hire in the village. Maybe we'll try horse riding next time.

We have visited this site about 6 times, some nice walks and scenery on your doorstep. Brockenhurst village is a 10 minute walk away and has all the shops you need including a Tesco express.
There are many places to visit nearby such as Lymington, Beaulieu, Christchurch and acres of walks and bike rides within the New Forest.
The site is pretty basic with 5 hook ups, water point, elsan waste point with a staff toilet near the stables and looks out onto fields and farmland and the open forest is opposite.
Pitches in the summer were enormous and on grass but on our last visit in Jan 2012 the usual winter hardstandings have had to be dug up and replaced with plastic mesh and grass, due to some stupid local by-law, resulting in this area being an absolute mudbath.
The owners are very pleasant and helpful. More of a summer site for me.
