Excellent site. Road noise is evident all day, but don't take any notice of it.
One toilet and shower. Clean and tidy.
Grounds nicely kept, with gravel hard standing, plenty of space. Water and drain at pitch.
Good tv reception.
Hosts were friendly and very welcoming.
Generally a good site.
Would come again.
Adults only

We love this cl site. Nice pitches, friendly welcome and a lovely peaceful site.
Leek is a 5 minute drive away and there are plenty of other beautiful places to visit within a reasonable drive.
We've been 4 times now and will continue to visit this site.

This is a gem of a site, the owners are so friendly and helpful.
The pitches size is more than ample yet not too close to the other pitches. You have your hook up, tap and waste water grid on your pitch so no having to carry water far.
There is an Indian restaurant within walking distance or a bus stop boy too far away if you want to bus it into Leek.
We will definitely return.

Spent weekend at site. Great welcome. Easy to pitch caravan, didn't need to use motor mover. Despite small site felt spacious. Great views. Definitely a site to look out for. We've booked next week again already. Cheaper to stay there than stay at home. Well done guys. Glad no kids. My two very large dogs loved it. You really have got it right

Just back from a lovely, if not extremely windy, stay at Goats Fell Farm. What a gem of a site!
Lovely views from all of the large hardstanding pitches which include electric, water and waste - which at £12 a night is a bargain!
There is a toilet and shower available along with washing machine & tumble dryer.
There are plenty of lovely walks from the site with panoramic views.
Unfortunately we had to leave early on the Sunday morning as the wind was extremely strong and the weather forecast predicted heavy rain!
However, will certainly be going back soon.

What a cracking little site. We booked it for a base to visit Alton Towers as it is only 6 miles away and glad we did. It is like a mini caravan site with 5 large gravel hardstanding pitches with plenty of room for your caravan, awning and car.
Each pitch has its own light, electric, tap and waste point. The site has a wet room with shower and toilet with an honesty box to leave 40p, whilst there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer you can use, again leaving money in the honesty box.
The pitches are slightly sloping. Site very easy to find, although watch out for the speed cameras their everywhere, and the speed limit is reduced on the roads to 50, 40 or 30 mph.
Definitely recommend.

A lovely open aspect site with beautiful views over the fields and plenty of walks around the site. Good sized hard standings with water and waste at each pitch. The pitches are slightly sloping, but quite manageable. Dogs are permitted, but make sure they are chicken friendly. The colourful chickens roam freely and are very nosy, but they do produce tasty eggs! There is a toilet, shower and washing machine at the house and eggs freely available at a competitive price. Good location to explore the surrounding area and visit Alton Towers. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we will certainly be visiting again.

Easy to find excellent CL
Handy for Ashbourne, Leek and surrounding area
Only 7 miles from Alton Towers
Pitches are of a good size and hard standing on gravel/road stone
They do slope and you do need levelling blocks and wood/bricks under the steadies
You get your own tap and drain for grey waste
A short walk away is the disposal and the shower/toilet wet room
Fresh eggs are available daily and there is even a washing machine/dryer
Chickens are very friendly and enjoyed coming in to our awning to say hello
Well worth a visit and the views were stunning
Some road noise but nothing you can hear in the caravan

This is an excellent CL, used as a base for Alton Towers, which was a 10-minute drive away.
All pitches are hard standing although levelling blocks will be needed as the site is on a slight gradient. There are individual water and waste on these pitches so a super pitch + toilets and a shower for £10 per night, snap up this when you can as this site should be charging a lot more.
The toilet and shower is located together in one large wet room, there is 40p honesty box per shower.
The owners are very welcoming and friendly; they leave free-range eggs for you to help yourself too for a very reasonable £1.80 per doz.
The free-range eggs come from a multitude of various strains of chickens that wander about, do not worry about the early morning cock crows, as we never heard them.
Our two daughters were kept entertained by the chickens and the owners two Cavalier King Charles dogs.
There are two Pub / Hotel in Onecote and Ipstone, which are a few minutes, drive away meals in Ipstone is basic pub grub but very reasonably priced.
The drive to Alton Towers (£6 parking) appeared over the 4 days we visited which included Good Friday to be traffic free.
Would highly recommend.
