This is a lovely quiet site situated in the Herefordshire hills. There are half a dozen wigwams in a large field, each with its own picnic table and a small barbecue. It's very peaceful - my daughter was quite happy to wander round the site on her own without fear of high-speed bikes/dogs mowing her down ;)
Facilities are in two large portacabins across the road, and are excellent! In one there is a big communal kitchen (ovens as well as hobs) and a dining/relaxing room; in the other are toilets, showers, a sink for laundry and a rack you could use for drying clothes on. My husband said the water in the men's showers wasn't always hot - women's were fine, though the temperature was a bit variable.
There were horse trials on when we were there, and we could watch them from the window, sounds like this is a regular occurrence so might be worth asking what's on if you're interested.
The downside? The site appears to be wigwams only, no sign of tent/van spaces. Otherwise a really great site.

When we stayed here there were 4 wigwams, I think there are 6 now. Even so the facilities are better than I've seen on much larger sites. The toilets and showers are housed in a very nice portable cabin type unit, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and light and airy dining room.
There is no shop, not even nearby, and no play area, but this didn't bother us at all. The whole site has a lovely peaceful air, although we were spoilt with a gorgeous September weekend, and the fact that our family plus my brother-in-laws family were the only guests, so had the site to ourselves.
As the other reviewer said the only downside is they don't take tents! I can highly recommend the wigwams though, especially for the cooler months, or if you want to meet up with non camping family or friends.
