I agree with everything on the previous review. Everything you need on site excellent facilitates and services. Very busy site but it didn't feel cramped. We had our 2 small dogs with us and they were as welcome as us allowed in all the bars shops and areas. Maybe some people don't think this is a good idea with our English standards but it certainly made our stay easier. Everyone cleaned up outside so no dog mess anywhere. The toilet block was the best I have ever been in 13 years of European touring. Cleaners on duty all day for the amount of people using them they were never dirty. The owners didn't cut corners anywhere amount of staff facilities or standards, nor were the bar and food prices anymore than any of the local bars or restaurants. Free wifi in bar area with a daily limit but plenty for social media, news apps and emails. You couldn't down load films or voice chat but plenty for daily use. And to keep in touch and finances in order
I recommend this to anyone either families or couples there is plenty of room to escape the crowds.
Local villages and towns are really nice you must go to piambino for the evening as well as San vincenzo.

We stayed here for 7 nights from the 29th May 2011. We stayed in a pre erected canvas tent.
The site is huge over 1700 pitches. It is well sign posted and easily accessible from Pisa which is where we flew too. The journey south of Pisa is around an hour, on easy duel carriageway.
The site is 9km south of San Vincenzo a fairly average seaside town, with shops, cafes and beaches.
The site is really lovely, best tended site I have ever stayed on. In a forest setting, with hedgerows and planting all around. There are groundsmen everywhere, all working from early in the morning until the evening.
The site is divided up into three distinctive areas, the camping site, the mobile / static site and the facilities.
The camping area is lovely, all individual pitches with waist height hedgerows in between. Large pitches with sun and shade, all in avenues which lead to the most amazing loo block I have every seen. It is big as there is only one. Hot showers, for ladies, men, toilets for ladies and men. Washing up facilities, clothes washing facilities and a children's bath / shower area. Piped music, benches and trees all inside this building.
The static area although clean and well cared for does not have quite the same appeal as they are much more crammed in. Having said that the tour operator pitches were good, with plenty of room for your car and most seemed to have decking.
The third area is like a village, central court yard with a restaurant, supermarket, info point, outside bar, gelaterie, and stage. There is also a children's play park in this area.
Next to that along a lovely floral avenue is the most amazing swimming pool complex I have ever seen on a campsite. 5 pools, 3 of them are lagoon style and only knee deep. Delightful and kids are allowed any blow up gadget they like so you can play and they have bumps you can slide down.
There is also a full size Olympic pool and a covered 25 metre pool.
Again clean and tidy, you are allowed food and drink inside. Also in this area is a huge bazaar / gift shop, another pizza restaurant and a huge bar/cafe.
There is nightly entertainment (not really our thing) and endless activities for the kids.
You could not fail to like this place, even if you like small quiet camping, the fact it is so clean makes all the difference.
From this site, you really can experience the real Tuscany, which we did. We were within easy driving distance of Sienna, Florence, San Giminagno, Volterra and Pisa, all of which we loved.
I do think however this site would be very very busy in July/August, but out with these times there is peace and solitude for those who want it, or action for the more active population.
