 We stayed here for five nights at the end of June / start of July; we didn't book, we just turned up and got on without a problem, I would say the site was around half-full.
There are two toilet/shower blocks on the site, the higher one has separate facilities for men and women (loo roll provided). The lower block is much newer and quite luxurious, although oddly these are mixed facilities and you need to take your own loo roll. Another oddity is that the two dish washing sinks and the one laundry sink are in the same room as the showers and toilets.
There is an excellent covered and heated pool on site and a small children's play area.
The pitches aren't particularly spacious, but have lovely views as they're terraced on the hillside. There are electric hookups and free wi-fi available. During peak season bread and croissants can be ordered. English is spoken. There are a number of fixed chalets on site as well as the touring pitches, but despite these, it still manages to maintain the feeling of a small intimate site.
The site is well maintained and clean, we would definitely return.
The site is situated within 10-minutes walk of Locronan, which is a beautifully preserved village full of character (I suspect this would get very crowded in high season though).
There are a number of restaurants in the village, slightly pricier than average, no doubt due to the location, and of a fairly typical French standard (i. E. Acceptable but a bit disappointing). There is a supermarket approx. 4km away and the coast is not much more. I recommend Douarnenez for eating out and the beaches opposite for swimming and sunbathing.
