 Excellent 4 nights on well sheltered fast draining pitch with very clean shower and loos.
Owners very pleasant and helpful, with homegrown tomatoes and eggs for sale.
Within walking distance of beach.

What a lovely site. Very well maintained and beautifully presented. Owners very pleasant.
Toilets & showers closed due to Covid-19 restrictions but have no doubt that they will be well maintained.
Thanks. We will definitely be back

As previous reviews state, Olcote Farm is a gem, with the spotlessly clean loos and showers and the clever rotation of pitches.
The site is wonderfully quiet. This time we brought our bicycles and cycled to the beach and then in both directions, once to Sutton-on-sea and once to Chapel Point Sea Scape café.

Excellent site, nice and peaceful with plenty of area for kids to play so they don't disturb anyone. Lovely nature area to walk about and see wildlife. 5 min drive to the beach. Showers clean and 50p gives plenty of time. The site has 9 pitches with 5 only being used so gives good choice of pitch and allows the grass to grow back. The owners are very friendly but not in your face. They were extremely helpful when one of our dogs needed the vet one evening.
So all in all we will deff go back.

If you want peace and quiet then this is the site for you. Apart from the cockerels what are kept here and like to be up and about very early in the morning. Otherwise it's lovely. The village of Huttoft is just down the road, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Skegness aren't too far away. The shower and toilet facilities at Olcote Farm are spotlessly clean and you do have to pay for the shower which is 50p for just a few minutes. The beach is a good 20 minute walk away down a very quiet road so isn't a problem. The 5 pitches are all easily accessible (none are hard standing) and are reasonably flat and all on grass. Wendy who runs the place is a lovely lady and always readily available should you encounter any problems. My Wife and I have been to this site 3 or 4 times now and we like it a lot. Not as cheap though as a lot of other certified sites.
