The estate is a lovely place with local family and friends to chill and catch up.
The camping field is flat and toilet block facilities is VERY clean with frequent cleaning by the staffs.
There is no place for me to check in when I arrived, but this one particular staff (sorry I forget to ask for your name) who was doing the cleaning in party barn was very helpful.
She showed us the shower facilities and told us about the on site pizza and café facilities. All other staffs also being very friendly throughout our stay.
The play areas proved to be very famous for kids to hang around and meet new friends while the parent are chilling out.
The site shop was closed during our stay due to staff shortage, so that was the only down side, especially when we are hoping for milk and other essentials without driving out.
Would definitely come back next year.

Great and extremely clean facilities, lovely surroundings, peaceful.
Staff really helpful and friendly.
I would definitely return and recommend.
Plenty to do on the farm for children and a cafe for refreshments

My kids and I have just returned from a two night stay at this site and we have had a great time. We were the only people camping, which surprised me for August, but meant it was quiet and peaceful. Massive field to camp in so loads of space to spread out and play football and games.
The playareas were open all night with plenty of picnic benches for adults to relax while kids played.
The toilets on the farm were open all night and were clean. There was a portaloo in the field which was OK for middle of the night trips.
I thought the single shower was great, could just do with more than one. Nice and hot with loads of space to get dry and dressed especially when you have young children with you. A mirror, lots of hooks and a holder for your toiletries on the wall was very helpful. A chair would be a good addition, but we took in a folding camp chair to aid us.
No specific place to wash up, but I always take a bowl anyway. I got hot water from the handwash sinks outside the loos and used a picnic bench to put the bowl on while watching my kids play on the park.
There is a cafe on site which served a wide range of food, snacks and drinks. We enjoyed what we had. Ice creams available in the gift shop. Fresh eggs could also be bought from the cafe and gift shop.
Priced at now £8 per person per night but does include free entry to the farm which is just as much anyway, so was good value for money. My kids (12 & 8) have had tractor rides, held animals, fed animals and so much more. There is a nice indoor area too. Farm is open 10am-5pm.
All in all, fantastic place. Could be a real money spinner if they installed a good shower and toilet block and maybe some hook ups, although I think you'd lose some of the charm of the site. We will definitely be returning before the owners cotton-on and make the place a popular campsite.

Just returned from a lovely two night stay at this campsite, we were visiting cadburys world and this was one of the nearest sites but had no reviews so we took a gamble which totally paid off.
The site is in a small pretty village just off m42, a very pretty driveway takes you up to the farm entrance with the camp field just before the car park.
We were pre warned that there was a wedding on our first night, but apart from the music this was not a problem.
There are tepee's to hire in a very basic field and we were told we could park anywhere, I think we were in the corner of the car park but it was hard standing and when the farm closed we had the whole place nearly to ourselves.
The kids aged 11 and 13 loved it sheep and goats about and a great kids play park, large field opposite for any games etc.
There was a good clean shower and toilets on the farm, although the toilet in the tepee field was not brill.
The pub in the local village was really nice but expensive if you just want a quick meal although the food was lovely.
The cost was just £10 per night but no hook ups, this also gave us free use of the farm park which the kids loved, something happening every 15mins from goat and calf feeding to holding animals, the staff were all very helpful and we came away with freshly laid eggs.
There is a lovely farm cafe which does a good cooked breakfast, even on a Sunday. We will definitely be going back.

Arrived at Umberslade Farm park and WOW what a beautiful place! We were early but the staff were welcoming, friendly and had no worries about us pitching up!
We got free passes into the farm which was great as we have a 5 year old daughter who loves animals! Prices were £5 per person per night which worked out cheaper than paying per tent!
There were nice toilets and a hot shower that were all very clean and were cleaned every day while we were there! Every night we were offered firewood to make a fire which I thought was very thoughtful!
The farm has 2 playgrounds to suit a variety of ages which was perfect for us too! We were about 5 mins by car to shops and places to eat BUT the farm also has a cafe which is open daily! I'm not a fan of camping but Umberslade made my stay comfortable and pleasant! I will be returning with friends very soon!
If I was to give one negative it would be that the field is on a very slight incline so if you are one of the last campers to arrive you will be on the hill! We did pitch up on the hill and had no problems but guess eating at the table without the bowls sliding off would have been better!

What a lovely picturesque site, located right next to the children's farm, pitched with tepees which we were told you can hire, will certainly look into that.
Kids had a fab time, free entry onto farm and use of the play area, which was great.
This site was lovely but very basic, one working portaloo in field and use of farm toilets with one hot shower which was clean and practical, water tap for drinking water in field, the site itself could really do with some kind of washing up station, just a covered basin area by the tap would be sufficient.
Surrounding area beautiful, down the road from the pretty village of Tanworth-in-Arden which has a pub serving food, although we didn`t actually venture of the site having everything we needed on site.
In all a lovely site well worth a visit, especially if you`ve children and don`t mind roughing it a bit.
