 Fantastic Caravan Club CL site.
Keith and Pauline are so welcoming and super helpful.
The site itself is reasonable flat with lots of room to spread out, and plenty of room for any kids games away from the pitches,
It overlooks a small fishing lake which is rammed full of fish mainly carp but also bream, roach, rudd and a good head of barbel t.
A 10 amp hookup is included in the price.
There is a porta cabin which has a toilet, shower and washing up area, but when we were there there was no lighting in it as the roof had leaked and blown all the lights, but mainly use our own facilities so didn't really effect us.

A lovely, well kept CL perfect for cycling and visiting the coastal areas. Plenty of space and super views over the Lincolnshire wolds.
Toilet and shower is functional.
The only improvement would be to the water and waste water area which was difficult to negotiate.
Keith and Pauline were great hosts.

Lovely level site, easy access (no security lock). Easy to repeat previous reviews comments, Keith & Pauline very friendly owners, spacious grass pitches £15per night, very clean toilet & shower room in prefab building which also houses kitchen area for washing up, plenty of books to lend & tourist info. Fine all round views, very quiet tidy site. Fishing on lake still only £5 per day (exclusive to caravan owners & Keith himself of course). Duck & hen eggs to buy.

What a lovely site! Keith and Pauline make you so welcome. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and spacious shower room and loo. We were greeted when we arrived and offered help in setting up. Keith also made us a cup of tea with biscuits!They throw in lots of extras, like a kitchen to do your washing up. If you like fishing even though we don't, it was relaxing looking over the lake. There are ducks and a few chickens wandering around - all very calm and peaceful. We loved every minute of our stay. A big thank you to our hosts for making our short break so good. We would 100% recommend this site and hope to go back in the not to distant future.

This new Caravan Club CL has only been open 5 months. It is mainly a flat grassed area with a large gated entrance off the main road via a security coded lock.
The site has electric hook ups and also a portable cabin which includes toilet/shower but also has a microwave and TV in a communal area.
There is also a large fishing lake where a day ticket can be purchased for £5 a day.
Take-aways can be ordered and delivered direct to the site. Nice owners and well worth supporting.
We paid £12 a night. Plenty of walks but pubs/shops are around 2 miles away.
