This is a nice pleasant little site, well maintained with a good sizes pitch. It would be an ideal location for people who like to cyle as it is a very flat area.
If it is peace and quiet you seek, this site is ideal for that and also in pleasant surroundings too.
We would certainly come back to this site in the future.

What a fantastic and quiet caravan site. This is a working farm with cows and calves to one side of you and sheep with lambs to the other, yet there is a peacefulness about the whole area. Each pitch is set on finely mown grass with a privacy edge to one side and a fresh water and grey water facility to each pitch.
Mine hosts Gloria and Roy are typical Yorkshire farming people, lovely to chat with and just couldn't be more helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week with them and returned completely re-charged and ready for anything. Needless to say, we will most definitely be going back for more. Excellent site.

Third time we have visited this site, the second this year. It is an adult only site, with no dogs allowed. Before anyone complains, it is a busy, working farm, with livestock & farm machinery. It is a Camping & Caravanning Club CS, accepting 5 members only units. There is a toilet but no shower. The sheer quality of the site makes up for that! Each pitch has a 16amp electric point, a water tap & drainage. The grass is almost manicured, all grass cuttings collected & removed- no chance of treading them into your van! There is a shop in the village about a mile away, plus a pub which does meals. It is approx 6 miles from Pocklington with shops, restaurants & a very good bus service to York, Hull, Beverley, Driffield & Bridlington. It is also about 5 miles from Elvington with its` Air Museum-well worth a visit, especially on Thunder Days, when some of the aircraft are started up. If you want a small, peaceful, relaxing site, try this one. At £12 a night we thought it very reasonable. Only downside, you have to use your car to get to Pocklington for public transport, & shopping ( Aldi & Sainsburys)
