We stayed here at the end of June 2019 and it's a lovely little site, about 5 mins walk into town along a footpath.

The site itself is spotless with a small kitchen and games/TV room.

Facilities for the kids consisted on a few slides which could have been better.

There's countless beaches within 10 mins drive of the site and it would be a fantastic spot to set up a base for exploring all of what West Cork has to offer.

The only negatives were the small playground and lack of a fridge/freezer They had a freezer at reception but it wasn't in use so not much good. The playground itself was fine to keep the kids occupied in the evening after a day spinning round but they would have gotten bored of it quickly if we'd been hanging round the site for a week.

The EHU tripped a few times too so maybe the amps are low.

The owners were very friendly and happy to help with any queries we had. I'd happily stay here again.
