If you want a little haven of peace and tranquillity, Ingon Bank Farm fits the bill!
Beautiful scenery and great entertainment from the sheep just feet away in the adjoining field.
What more could one ask for?!

A very nice little site, surprised that there are no recent reviews. Easy to find as said (there is a big sign by the side of the main road 350 metres away so there should be no chance of overshooting).
Someone on the CC website mentioned traffic noise, they must have ears like a bat as I can't hear any. Someone else mentioned the tight access, again, not a problem.
It's probably the nearest small site to Stratford; we are only using it as an overnighter but would not hesitate to recommend for longer stays.
There are nice walks along the river in both directions from the free car park along the road going towards Stratford.
There are only 2 rubbish bins which must be emptied on a regular basis, a grey water drain and a well kept CWD.
£12 per night which is very reasonable.

Campsite was very easy to find. Part sloping - we stayed on the flat part of the field (old tennis courts). It was very muddy when we visited and the farmer kindly helped park our caravan with his tractor.
Site is quite local to the town, it is quite a busy road.
It is a very quiet site in a lovely setting, surrounded by sheep. We woke to the sheep talking.
Farmer was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a great cooked breakfast in the farmhouse at a very reasonable price.
We would definitely visit again.

Just returned from what has become one of our top 5 sites. Fantastic location just off main road, 10 minutes from J15 M40, 5 minutes from Stratford. Easy to find but be careful as we overshot the entrance, however this wasn’t a problem as we carried on into Stratford and went around the one way system and were on site within 10 minutes.
Previous reviewer said it was a quiet site but there was some traffic noise which was not a problem. The CL is a beautifully lawned site which juts into the sheep field up a slight slope. At the bottom it is flat (an old tennis court) and while we were there, 4 vans pitched here but we went up the slope and enjoyed the wonderful views on all sides. This pitch did require all the blocks we carry but it was worth the hassle. The best views were right next to us as we were surrounded by new born lambs who entertained us all the time with their skipping and jumping.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He takes pride in the site which is simple but immaculately presented.
The entrance to the field is a bit tight as the gate is at right angles to the farm drive, but take it slowly and it’s OK.
We stayed for 7 nights and still didn’t manage to see everything. Shakespeare’s houses were very interesting but arrive early if you want to avoid the crowds, Warwick castle was overcrowded, overpriced and a bit gimmicky but perhaps the snow and biting winds didn’t help. Plenty of NT properties in the area and Kenilworth castle (EH) is well worth a visit.
We don’t often return to a CL as there are so many wonderful ones to discover but I think we may just make an exception with this one!

Great site Easy access off the main Stratford to Warwick road. In spite of being off the busy road there was no traffic noise. Plenty of room. Good views, Quiet, Surrounded by sheep, (not in same field)
Handy bus stop at bottom of drive for Warwick and Stratford. Grass cut short Some of site sheltered. No restrictions on where to pitch.
Free car park in picturesque setting approx 1 mile from site with easy 15 min walk along river Avon into Stratford thus avoiding traffic congestion and parking costs.
Site owner very helpful, even lending us a TV when ours went on the blink. Good walks from site. We only booked to stay 3 days but stayed 13.
Definitely go again. Can be a bit breezy
