This site was simply perfect for our needs. We were working nearby and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. There are several hard standing pitches, access to water and waste disposal and a bin for our rubbish. That's all we needed!
The welcome was first class and friendly and from then on we were left alone.
The lovely village of Knowle is a few miles away (although we did have a car to get around). We found a local pub at the side of the canal which has a variety of dishes on offer.
At £12. 00 per night with hook- up we will definitely return.

Lovely little site, quiet with a little noise from aircraft but that didn't bother us.
Great welcome from the owners who also have a small shop selling lovely looking meat, although we didn't buy anything.
The site is very basic with just a tap and waste disposal area, but this suited us perfectly.
There is also EHU available although we didn't use it.
At nine pounds a night without EHU it is, in my opinion, slightly on the expensive side but it is a peaceful spot to spend a night or two.
There is lots to do in the area. We visited two National Trust properties (both within five miles) and also the Transport Museum in Coventry.
Kenilworth Castle is close by and Birmingham is not too far, with plenty to do.

On arrival at this site, there is a notice at the entrance instructing visitors to park up before proceeding down a track to the farm where reception is located.
Me and my wife were given a warm, friendly reception when we arrived at the site which is very basic having just one water point and waste disposal area.
There are no toilet facilities and there is no lighting so a torch is an essential item.
Pitches are not marked out and are on a gently sloping, grassed field with adequate electricity points for caravans.
There is a little traffic noise from the road running alongside and from aircraft approaching or leaving Birmingham Airport but neither are of any real inconvenience.
Being located close to the M42, it provides easy access to Birmingham and the surrounding towns and villages.
