 Friendly campsite located in stunning location
Quite a wide range of activities locally, including Salzberg (bus quickest), walks from Jennerbahn cable car (can walk from campsite), ferry on Konigsee (within walking distance, although free tourist pass from site gives free bus), Rossfeldstrasse mountain drive (toll but well worth it for the views), Bad Reichenhall and and Eagles Nest.
Good facilities on site - recommended

The campsite is off the road between Berchesgarten and Konigsee. It is within walking distance of the lake and its boat trips or the lift up to the top of Jenner.
It has nice facilities, with clean showers and washing up. And a well stocked shop. The pitches are of a good size.
There are supermarkets 5km away and restaurants at the lake. Staff speak English and are helpful.
There was a small play area for children and plenty of room for them to play.
There is a bus stop just outside and the tourist card gives you discount to a large number of places nearby.
All in all a good base for visiting the national park.

We had a very enjoyable week at this extremely well appointed campsite in the mountains and almost next door to the famous Konigsee, which is well worth a visit and a trip on an electric boat of the whole see is very enjoyable. Handy for visiting Bertchesgaden, Obersalzburg, Ramsau, Eagles Nest, Salzburg, Oberndorf for the Silent Night Chapel where the Xmas Carole was written.
Toilets/Showers and other facilities were excellent. Owners very friendly and helpful.
A flat very accessible site for large outfits. B&B accommodation available too. Restaurants and Shops within 2 miles.
