 Went for a short fishing break, once passed the little surface sods the fishing is good(margins where best). We had elec and water to our pitch which was next to the pond. Shower/wash room not the best as one toilet, one shower and twin sinks for every one to use, lots of hot water though. Nothing on site for children and care to be taken round the pond. Peaceful and tranquil but close to shops pubs and eateries. Easy access to lincoln city centre and other places due to good road links that do not disturb the site.
would probably revisit again for another fishing trip but a bit over priced for the on site facilities provided.

We booked this campsite last minute at a very busy time of year and the owner very kindly allowed us as an extra tent, this did not however mean we were crammed in! The site is lovely and the chalets look amazing! The owner is very friendly and can't do enough for you, this goes for the rest of the staff on the site also. The site is a bit out of Lincoln meaning a taxi or a bus is needed to get to the centre but it is still easily accessed. Lincoln is a lovely city with plenty to do and see. The only fault I found was the small number of toilets and showers available to campers, there really could do with being a few more but it wouldn't put me off going back. The site is great value for money.
