We really enjoyed our stay. We had a warm welcome with lots of useful information in excellent English (always helpful).

The site was clean and tidy, the toilets and showers were always clean and to a high standard.

The bistro was good we ate in but you could get takeaways.

The location was great, we cycled into Koblenz which seemed easier than taking the train.

 Nice site with helpful staff.

Facilities are clean and well maintained.

Very close to the river and the site provides a key to the riverside access gate which saves a long walk.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of September. Reserved a pitch because we wanted to be near the facilities, lucky we did because the site was pretty full. The staff in reception were very friendly and toilet/shower area had a full time cleaner! The only downside was the pitch had lost all its grass and was gritty. Had a day in Koblenz, the cable car from the Deutches Eck up to the castle across the river is brilliant. Spent the next day in Cochem which has got a lot busier since I was last there 20 years ago but still well worth a visit.

Pleasant site, in a good location just a few minutes from Koblenz, Facilities spotless- every time I was in there saw a cleaner! Kids loved the small sandy playground. We were in the motor home area, which a patch of grass with no marked pitches but rest of site had clear marked pitches which seemed ok in size. Limited english spoken, but adequate. Cafe on site, but didn't use. Good site for a stopover.

We spent 4 nights here in our folding camper.

A stopover on route to Bavaria and also only 35 minutes from the Nurburging which was handy as I'd also managed to get tickets for the F1 Grand Prix (amazing coincidence. Honest).

Perfect for a stopover, but we'd of happily stayed long. Beautiful part of Germany and lots to see and do.

Site a little characterless. Flat open pitches. But spacious. Sanitary block superb and clean at all times.

Cafe on site, but we didn't try it.

Children's playground on site.

Card for entrance barrier also had credit for use in the showers and washing machines. Both very reasonable. Great system, wish other sites which charge for showers etc would adopt as so much easier than keeping a supply of the right change.

Path from site leads directly to the river (<5mins walk). Flat, wide cycle path leads right along to Koblenz. Historic part of Koblenz well worth a day trip.
