My husband and myself have just spent two nights at the vintage caravan.
We were totally blown away by the surroundings. It was very quirky and perfect for a private romantic break.
Highly recommend the breakfast pack, the local produce was lovely.
Also went to the local pubs, which were just a five minute drive. Huntsman and Hounds and The Triple Plea which both served delicious food.
The owners of Blackberry Way Phillip and Clair were the perfect hosts.
Had a well deserved break and will most definitely be booking up again.

BLACKBERRY WAY VINTAGE CARAVAN
This caravan makes a fantastic alternative romantic getaway with an authentic vintage caravan experience and outstanding hospitality from Clair and Philip, who genuinely want you to fully enjoy your time with them.
The plot you get is enormous, feels really private and the attention to detail in the caravan, the beach hut and the kitchen makes your stay totally easy. The location of the caravan is perfect for day trips to Southwold, RSPB Minsmere and Aldeburgh.
The star moment was drinking chilled champagne in the hot tub by moonlight - something not to be missed.
We recommend you order the afternoon tea on arrival - served on beautiful vintage plates. You really don't need to bring much with you - just swimmers, sunglasses, walking boots and a couple of good books.

I was really looking forward to a couple of nights away and thought the gypsy caravan and amenities looked charming. When we arrived I was surprised to discover that the reality was even better than I had imagined! The gypsy caravan is lovely and quaint, the bathroom is fabulous, and the kitchen also had great facilities. The cats are friendly too.
The location is rural and quiet so you can lie in bed and listen to owls, but not isolated - the pub is only about a mile away and there are bikes provided if you don't want to walk or drive. We had a great night's sleep! The bed is smaller than a standard double but we didn't feel cramped and slept very well indeed. Though it was mid August the weather had turned a little cooler but we were very warm and didn't feel cold once.
I won't spoil the surprise but Clair and Philip have clearly given a lot of thought to the little extras that make this such such a wonderful experience.
If you want to create wonderful memories in beautiful and relaxing surroundings, then I can't think of a better place!

Myself, my husband and two children have today returned from a fabulous stay at Gypsy Hollow.
What an amazing, friendly, relaxing place.
Beautiful gypsy caravan which we took turns in sleeping in with our 5 year old whilst the other slept in the very comfy summer house with the baby. Facilities are excellent, breakfast delivered right to you, the afternoon tea is a must.
You are living outdoors but have the kitchen and bathroom with very fun spa facilities. Our son now wants a whirlpool bath!
The owners are brilliant. The owner was there (dressed very smartly) looking after us whilst working on the farm and you feel like you have so much privacy but they are only round the corner if you need them.
The farm is beautiful and there is so much attention to detail which makes all the difference when staying away. Fresh flowers, complimentary treats we just can't praise it enough. This trip was a surprise for my husbands birthday and I can't think of a better experience, we loved it.
Walking from the car through the trees and seeing the site is gorgeous.
We will most definitely return.

Two of us stayed at Gypsy Hollow in May 2013 for one night and it was an excellent experience. We paid £95 for bed and breakfast and received a warm welcome from Philip upon arrival.
The wagon itself is beautiful and authentic and benefits from a couple of modern luxuries such as a comfortable bed/bedding and an electric light. The small stove provided plenty of heat and even though the bed was short and we are not, we both slept well.
The separate bathroom, kitchen, summer house and chair swing are all excellent extras and the bath in particular is extra special. Two bicycles were provided and we used them to explore the quiet country lanes.
The area is very private and there are animals nearby on the farm including chickens, horses and pigs. The cats were very friendly and came to say hello.
The owners really have gone all out to make you feel welcome and well looked after. Little touches such as lighting the fires and tealights in preparation for our return after a meal out were much appreciated. We were given bucks fizz upon arrival, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries were provided and breakfast was perfect.
Overall, this is an excellent place to stay and as previous reviewers have said, a true hidden gem.

We stayed for two nights at Gypsy Hollow and it was great. It was a very private area but at the same time help is at hand if you need it.
The facilities were perfect, we enjoyed nice weather but even if it was pouring you would still feel comfortable.
The breakfast was all local produce, a nice touch. Local areas are scenic and near by, we used the bycicles and went for a picnic!
A big thank you to Philip and Clair for looking after us and making our last night extra special and romantic, my boyfriend is now my fiancée!

We arrived last weekend on our motorbike, and from the first moment we saw the owner he made us feel so welcome.
They lit the fires in the field and all the candles were flickering on this amazing restored gypsy caravan, wow magic.
The attention to detail was so good, they even sent us a reminder text for afternoon tea whilst me and my partner checked out Halesworth town, fantastic.
The whirlpool is a little small for 2, but perfect for self indulgence and me time!
What a fantastic, relaxed weekend and if you like cats, you will be greeted by the world's friendliest moggy
Thanks we will definitely come back, well recommended, but choose good sun weather even better.

We stayed in the gypsy caravan at Gypsy Hollow in Suffolk for two nights last weekend and had a lovely time. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.
As well as the caravan we had private use of a summer house, swing seat, picnic table and camp fire. We also had our own kitchen and luxury bathroom off the farmhouse.
Cooked breakfast was delivered to our kitchen and it was really tasty. There were farm animals nearby and a friendly cat!
This was a really unusual getaway and one we will always remember.

Very rural, clear bright winter skies. Cosy bedding to keep snug even in January. Everything done up in a very attractive way and very colourful. Lots of places to sit including in the gypsy caravan, summer house, garden swing, garden table and chairs and also can sit in own private kitchen where breakfast is served. Relaxing steam bath a bonus, fluffy towels and robes supplied. All fires were lit when we arrived including a fire pit. Lots of extra touches like chocolates, milk, butter, bread and even bucks fizz. Just turn up and enjoy, would recommend. Nothing too much trouble.
