 A lovely little campsite, with good sized pitches. All the facilities were well presented and spotlessly clean.
There is a municipal swimming pool behind the site which is free to campers in July and August, but only 3. 40 euros for an adult.
The site is well placed for visiting Futuroscope approximately 5 minutes away by car.
Poitiers a beautiful town is also only 15 minutes away.
A very reasonably priced site we paid 20. 50 euros per night (low season). High season wasn't very much more.

Situated to the north of Poitiers, south of Futuroscope; the most convenient campsite for Poitiers now that the city site takes only campervans.
Small (28 pitches) grassed site next to a public sports area with free swimming pool. Small, recently refurbished toilet bloc; good, new facilities for the handicapped. A few facilities for youngsters including a sheltered area with table tennis &c. Handy for village shops (including smallish Casion) very helpful tourist office, flash restaurat at the station.
Reasonable site for access to Poitiers as well as the countryside - some good walks over rolling farmland and woods: the tourist office provides maps. The village (small town really) itself is pleasant to stroll around.
Only worry was that although the site has a security gate, it was never locked and the site was unattended most of the time - no suggestions of problems though.
