 Ian and his team could not do enough for us.

A nice level site with good hard stand.

Very quiet with nice views.

The farm shop and restaurant are excellent with good quality food and product.

 Saswick House Farm is a well maintained C&CC certificated site (members only). There are toilets and washing up facilities in a barn that has been refurbished and they are cleaned regularly by the owners. There is also a communal undercover area with seating in for campers use and there are benches situated around the campsite. The site is mainly flat and there was no problem finding a level area to pitch the tent. There is hedging around the site which provides shelter against wind.

The farm also has a well stocked vegetable stall at the farm entrance with an honesty box for payment. There are two pubs in the nearby village of Elswick (The Ship & The Boot and Shoe). Both serve food but unfortunately we didn't get chance to visit on this occasion. Bonds Ice cream Bar and Cafe is also located in Elswick and is well worth a visit. There is a small village shop and a chippy as well, which are handy.

Saswick House Farm is in a great location for visiting Lytham St Ann and Blackpool as both are just a short drive from the site.

We had a great time staying at this site and would be happy to return here in the future.
