Well it must be open again because we stayed there overnight and met some wonderful people on the site. The facilities are second to none, views and location perfect and the owners extremely nice people. The weather was not the best for us but on our return from Australia for our next holiday this site is a definite stay for us hopefully for a longer time to give us a chance to visit the Welsh Plant Exhibition which is just down the road.

Please note we were advised by the owners that this site closed in 2013 -, however we understand the site has now reopened, and as of the 2016 season, is accepting tents, caravanners, and motorhomes again.
If you have any up to date contact details, or know that the situation has since changed please could you let us know. Many thanks

This is brand new but absolutely lovely campsite.
The owners are very friendly so we felt comfy and welcome. The facilities are nice and clean, the kitchen and toilet is heated and there is plenty of hot water.
The owner was really very helpful and easy to chat with but without being obtrusive. The campsite is located just 5 mins from National Botanic Garden of Wales and about 20 mins from Carmarthen.
It is peaceful place surrounded by lovely fields so would be convenient for anyone seeking calm and friendly place to stay.
We are definitely coming back.

An excellent site! Very dog friendly! We stayed for one night as a stop over on our way down to Pembrokeshire for a week's holiday. The location (as already stated by other reviewers) is very convenient to several towns with a range of shops and activities.
The owner was welcoming and extremely helpful. The shower block on the site was brand new, very warm and of an excellent standard.
The pitch fee was slightly more than what we usually like to pay for an overnight stop, at £18 a night (with EHU) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this site and will be returning for another quiet and peaceful break.

Only stayed here the one night but I have to say the site was in a good position for the Welsh Botanical Gardens and Carmarthen. I was using it just for covenient site to Carmarthen. Thinking about it this would be a great site if you were on the way to or from the Irish Ferry ports, Pembroke or Fishguard.
There was a toilet and shower and although I used neither they where nearly brand new. I was only the third camper they had accommodated.
The owner was very accommodating and allowed me a late arrival. They even showed me to the pitch and provided an electric cable for the electricity. They were very helpful indeed.
I am sorry I cannot comment about any local facilities but can say Carmarthen is about 15 to 20 minutes away and the Botanical Gardens is under 5 minutes.
Would definitely stay again. A good new site that I am sure will be popular in the future particularly with the owners good attitude.
