Pleasant site, a little weathered, quiet, evreything working, clean, hot water for free.

I have nothing more to add, but must write something to reach 150 letter.

We stayed on this working farm after selling our house and waiting for our new accommodation to be completed.
Situated in a lovely rural setting
The owners were so kind and helpful, lovely people.
The site has only got electric and drinking water and toilet disposal but if your caravan has toilet and shower then it’s not a problem for proper Caravanners !
Really enjoyed our stay here, will miss not seeing the lovely cows every day coming down for their food and water and talking to the farmer.
I have gained some interesting knowledge of farming from the farmers perspective as. A member of the public I didn’t realise how hard farming is. Would definitely stay here again even when our house is ready

Very basic facilities for £15 pupn, site is a sloping very lumpy field with tall coarse grass in places and runs alongside the very busy A34 so road noise very obtrusive all night long Elsan disposal, ehu, freshwater and rubbish bins. Field was a dog toilet with excrement everywhere so care needed walking around. Elsan disposal point with probably the filthiest I have come across in the UK, caked faceas flies and stinking and had not been cleaned in a long while. One of the rubbish bins was covered in maggots inside and out. Request sent to CCC asking for it to be inspected soonest.

Straightforward to find but no site person on site, she arrived soon having been summoned by phone. Site was on a small slop but with long wet grass we soon got stuck. Eventually found a flat spot but too far from the electricity to use it (despite paying for it). The A34 ran along side so peace and quite wasn't to be had. As an overnight stop for our journey, fine but not much to recommend for a repeat stay.
Modestly expensive.
