Great setting, plenty of good walks, things to see and pubs within a stretching 30 min walk.
Good hard standing with electric and water. Toilets and a shower would have made it perfect.
Things to improve- driveway entrance could do with some hardcore and shingle.
Will look forward to our next visit there, probably with some friends

Happy to agree with previous complimentary reviews and add the following observations:
There are 2 separate pitching areas each side of the farm house. The “Brickley Wood” side which was closed at the time of our visit undergoing groundworks so we stayed in the “Hall Farm” side.
The Hall Farm pitching area is a rectangular space (very approx. 90m x 40m) which faces Brickley Lane and backs onto an open field. Pitching area very well maintained with five well-constructed hard standing pitches each with their own fresh water supply and drainage. Therefore, if you equip yourself with the accessory that connects your 'van / water container direct to the tap and extend your waste pipe, hey presto, no more water carrying!
Chem. Disposal conveniently located in corner of pitching area.
The approach along Brickley Lane is single track, but there was generally little traffic.
Very dog friendly (no charge), but we did not fine extended footpath dog walk.
No local shops. Nearest provisions is Co-op Snettisham, about 5 minutes by car.
Two personal recommendations: Henry’s Fish & Chips in Hunstanton; very smart, reasonably priced eat in or take away fish & chips. The Boat House Cafe in Old Hunstanton (next to lifeboat station); very dog friendly and good food.
To sum up: a very comfortable, truly “all year” site with the convenience of “fully serviced” pitches”.

An excellent family run CL with everything we need (water and waste disposal). Very close to Snettisham beach (dog friendly beach), country pubs and very nice countryside.
Local country or coastal walks, quiet and within easy reach of Sandringham estate or the busy coastal towns if that's your thing.
The site is on a slope but the warden has plenty of chocks and ramps to get you level. Thanks

We have just returned from this great CL, (well we were in the private site next door). Our pitch was hard standing and fully serviced.
The view was beautiful over looking the fields, where ever morning we were able to watch the local wildlife roaming from our pitch.
There are plenty of walk ways to walk with our dog with views over to the sea. We spent 2 days at Old Hunstanton beach, with parking £3. 50 for a whole day we could walk for miles and not worry about the time.
I really didn't want to come home. 😊

This was a lovely peaceful site we saw deer, and bats from our caravan. Really pretty too the trees were very old and magnificent.
Really helpful owner and neighbours made our short break worthwhile. We stopped in the overflow site which although sloping was nicer than the flat CL site.
Plenty of levelling blocks. We missed the turn into Brickley Lane as it was only marked on one side - but anyone with sat nav will be ok! lots of space when we were there
