Lovely rural site with very friendly and helpful owners.
Excellent food in the Kellington Manor hotel and both site and food were very reasonably priced.

I stayed there overnight before having my camper van habitation serve at IH the following morning.
I was welcomed on arrival by the friendly owners;
I was able to park up on a separate car park with a hook up and enjoyed a decent evening meal in the hotel with my dog for company. It was ideal for my purposes. The pitch with hook up was a very reasonable £15.
There aren't washing facilities but I have those on board anyway. There is also a chemical toilet disposal point which I didn't need.
I've scored the facilities down simply because of the absence of a washroom.
It's a very good stopover.

An ideal place for a quick stopover.
The hosts were very obliging and allowed us to stay past usual checkout when our car was delayed being modified.
Food served in the restaurant was delicious and alue for money as portion sizes were large.

Quiet site (5 pitches in total). Good if you're self sufficient as there are no washing up facilities and the toilets are in the pub so only open when pub is open (no shower facilities).
There are swings and a climbing frame for kids (currently closed due to Covid) and a really big field for them to run around in. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stop. Stayed for 2 nights while we were having work done on our motor home. Extremely nice, friendly people who made us feel SO welcome. Facilities within the hotel were immaculately clean
We had 2 evening meals and both were very very nice. Situated about 3 miles from Ferrybridge and 5 or 6 to Selby. Will return

Spent 2 days at Kellington Manor, lovely little site, good food. Very welcoming, would stay again, & would recommend. Area lovely & good for touring around from.
York Is nearby, just 40 mins. Away, also visited Nostell Priory. Motorways close by, easy for travelling from North or South.
Every one seemed very friendly.

Stayed at Kellington Manor for the weekend and had a great time. The weather was fantastic so the dog enjoyed some long walks on public footpaths along the river and we later took advantage of the beer garden!
There are some hard standing pitches if required but we stayed on the camping field which is mainly flat and with shelter from the road. There are EHUs as well.
The pub is popular with the locals and does get busy. Food is also served but we didn't try the food on this visit. There is also a pick your own field across the road from the site and this also seemed to be very popular. There is a small shop in the village but it only has basic supplies so you may need to stock up prior to arriving on site.
Kellington Manor is a basic pub site but it's great for £5 a night for two adults and a dog. I'd happily return to this site.

What a gem of a site a fantastic away from it all hotel with an attached camp site
Fees are £5 per night per unit for non EHU and £8 with EHU.
Toilets are available for use during the opening hours of the hotel for those without their own facilities.
No showers.
Fresh water and waste water are to the side of the hotel.
No rush to pack up and leave the site as there is no set time as of yet.
The hotel serves up a great choice on several menus at very reasonable rates. The meals are cooked to order and worth the small waiting time, though this could be longer at busy periods. Meals are available to take away for those campers who prefer not to cook.
There is a small play area for children at the rear of the hotel.
There is a motor-home garage not far so good for a quick stop over.
Just 15 mins up the road they hold a sunday morning car boot.
Pontefract market at the wk ends is also not to be missed with a Morrison's and Tesco to the rear with ample parking.
