 Best campsite so far in Croatia. It has been purchased and renovated in 2019.
Beautiful pool, slide next to it and right by the sea.
Promenade walk. Restaurants nearby, restaurant and bar on site.
Best supermarket ever seen on a site.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Large ACSI pitches.
Really good vibe and very modern clean sanitary block. 5 w/m at on €4 and 3 tumble dryers.
Highly rated.

A truly all round splendid campsite with a price to match. However if full advantage is taken of all the facilities available then it’s worth it.
Excellent facilities which are immaculately maintained and a camp supermarket which according to she who knows is one of the best she’s seen in our years of motorhoming. There’s also a Konzum store around 500m walk away.
The only gripe would be that the check in process is convoluted and not helped by a shortage of reception desk staff. Having said that once one is in front of them the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
There’s a regular bus service into Zadar from outside the camp entrance costing around £2 return.
Nearby there’s larger stores and garages with reasonably priced fuel.

We stayed here just for one night as happened to come across it while looking for the motorhome stop over, we didn't find it so booked in here for one night. The staff in reception were helpful and we were told to park anywhere we wanted in certain areas, some of the toilet blocks were closed off but there was one open near the bar and shop. These were kept clean. It's a very basic site, and if you are in a tent I could imagine it being a bit noisy because of the road.
We pitched among trees on a fairly flat piece of ground.
We visited the beach at the bottom end of the site which was really nice and we also walked round to the beach near the marina which has beautiful clear waters.
We cycled into Zadar along the sea front which took about twenty minutes and is a really easy flat cycle. I definitely recommend visiting the sea organ at Zadar.
The motorhome emptying point was easy to access although it appears people have been emptying their toilet down the grey water drain so it wasn't exactly pleasant with loo roll stuck on the grids.
I don't think it is a site I would spend more than a couple of nights at, it wasn't exactly cheap (about €35 for one adult and three children) good location for Zadar if you don't mind a cycle or about half hours walk but it is a pleasant walk along the sea to get there. There is a little shop on site and a smallish supermarket just outside the entrance. Kids liked the inflatable further round the beach (you had to pay for as its not part of the site).

A large, rather impersonal site with basic facilities. Pitches are just lined up in an open slightly sloping field. There are some pitches down near the beach amongst small trees for which you pay a supplement. It is possible to cycle into Zadar along a mixture of cycle tracks and road. WiFi is charged as an extra.
Not a site we would choose to stay in just for pleasure, but it is well located for visiting Zadar, and OK for an overnight stay.
