Good sized pitch although some pitches might be quite tight and close together we were really happy with ours and had no problems parking our 7. 5 motorhome.
Staff in the bar were super friendly and there was something to join in with every night.
Pool is quite small but immaculate and plenty of loungers.
Lovely area with plenty of small towns and villages accessible on bikes.
Would definitely return

Spent a week here as part of a long trip to France with 2 children aged 7 and 8.
We booked over the internet and was given a choice of pitch, all pitches are grassed.
We were met at the site reception, was shown to our pitch and told to return before 6 to check in.
The site was full, the pitches and facilities are packed really close together, narrow roadways between pitches and washrooms. We were quite lucky as our pitch was at the edge of the static caravans and had a bigger and quieter pitch than most.
We returned to check in, the queue was out of the door and it took 50mins before we got to the front desk. The receptionist spoke english and told us all about the site facilities - there was a good amount of information about the local area. We were told we were required to wear yellow wrist bands around the site and especially in the pool. Very few people did this and we were not challenged. We were invited to a welcome meeting at 7 - not really our thing but went along out of curiosity and for the free drink. It consisted of the owner or manager of the site standing and repeating all the information given at the check in again in French but took 4 times as long.
Being the first night we thought we would try out the take away - only ordering chips - we were told to return 30mins later as they were too busy (This was 1 hour after opening)They were very nice chips though! Can't comment on the pizzas as we did not try them. There is a restaurant that sold pizzas, nuggets and chips etc. Which looked quite nice. They also had themed nights where you could pay for your meal and there was entertainment included, again we can't comment on what they were like.
They advertise a 'shop' this really poorly stocked, almost a store room in size. Fresh bread and croisants could be bought from the bar area each morning.
There are 2 large washrooms on the site which contains showers, toilets, sinks, clothes washing facilities etc. Both are unisex. They could do with an update but in all honesty they were the cleanest toilets we have come across in any site.
The pool is no where near the size that it looks on the website - one of the main reasons for choosing the site -it is small but again imaculately kept. Because of the size it got really busy in the afternoons. Proper swimsuits are required for men and this is strictly enforced.
There is a small play area that the girls quite enjoyed with a small amount of space to play ball.
One of the main issues for us was that the site is located right next to the D25 the main route past Royan. The traffic noise is constant both day and night.
Also the children had very little space to run and play ball.
For these 2 reasons more than any other we would not return to this site.
There are lots of places to ride bikes outside of the site. You can park up in woodland areas and ride for miles along cycle tracks to the beach and lots of people seem to do this.
Being so close to the main route, beaches, supermarkets, zoo, main town is only a short drive.
