A peaceful & quite site, our first for our 3.5 month tour around the UK
The manager Richard was very helpful & knowledgable to the area but we were here to visit a cousin which I had not seen since before Covid
The river walk was good, lots of wildlife
The church is interesting and as a previous review has mentioned the owls shops are not far away and then there's the coast.
Will be visiting again in the future.

Great field for tents and electric hook up if required.
Toilets block is older style but the showers are hot.
Plenty of fresh drinking water refill points

An amazing place with a golf complex not even 5 minutes away where food and coffee and even beer await!
Or if you want something amazing try the Owls nest just up the road

The welcome was brilliant so friendly we were escorted to our pitch and had so much room.
The pitches were not squashed together. Our parents really enjoyed the break very clean and calm.
Would recommend and will return.
Bear in mind no washroom or toilet facilities at present due to Covid restrictions.

We stayed at this site on the field adjoining as part of a D. A holiday (for Camping & Caravan Club members only). The pitches were nice and dry, Showers and toilets (one each for males and females) were clean (no toilet paper, take your own).
Electrics were available. Owner pleasant and monitors the site carefully. Elsan point near toilets. We got a tv signal. You can walk over the fields to the nearest bus stop (10 mins).
Fish & Chip Shop, Pub/Restaurant (which is good) and small supermarket within 10 to 15 mins walk.

We booked here so as to meet some friends in the area, loved it, it had been raining for a week before but the grass was dry enough for the motorhome, the toilet block was great, plenty of
Mens and ladies showers, just loved to cobwebs, nice touch, below head level clean, nice hanging baskets outside. Fishing lakes looked great but didn't get time to try them.
Will call again if down this way
