Tend to agree with the previous reviewer about access. We followed sat nav and did make it ok but caravan or larger unit should def go the way mentioned.
Lovely welcome from Mrs Waine who showed us through to the pitches. There are 3 h/s and 2 grass, all with EHU. However we didn’t require this and there is a reduced rate (£16) and it’s not obligatory as in most (club) sites.
The pitches are in a gloriously secluded field (we saw 2 woodpeckers within 10 yards of the van) which gets the sun for most of the day if you’re lucky enough to get good weather.
The location is perfect as it’s only a 15/20 min walk (paved) to the centre of Lyme Regis alongside the River Lym.
Only facilities are drinking water, also an Elsan point which is among the best we’ve had on a CS - hut style structure with right length of hose to rinse the cassette!
Lovely little quiet peaceful site if you don’t need facilities with an ideal location.

I won't pretend access to this site is easy. You need to approach from the east coming down Charmouth Rd into Lyme Regis. After the park and ride turn right onto Anning Rd and onto South Ave. This is the easiest but can be hampered by parked cars. Right onto the single track Colway Lane then left opposite Manor Ave onto the private drive / farm track.
The owner is lovely, checking in was a pleasure, pitches are generous and well kept, some enjoying views over the valley. Convenient water tap and toilet emptying point with pitched having electric hook up.
We had decent 4G on EE and TV signal was OK through our directional ariel (take care tuning in though as you may pick up Channel Islands or French TV)
The centre of Lyme is a short walk off road along the river. Lyme has lots of independent shops as well as a small Tesco and Coop. Larger shops in Axminster.
Very quiet site.
