A beautifully quiet and tranquil New Forest location with basic facilities (Water and waste – no showers/loo, shop or electrical hook up on site).
The approach road to Penn Farm is shared with New Forest ponies, goats, chickens, sheep, deer, donkeys etc that just happen to wander along.
A local self producing farm shop is within a mile; also locally are 2 pubs of easy walking/cycling providing good food, oh, and beer!
You are only 5 miles from the centre of Totton.
The Farm is well maintained by the most wonderful and approachable hosts, Hazel and Brian who are an absolute font of local knowledge, and I need to get my dates booked before I post this because this is chill out central; I hope you'll agree. Enjoy.

We returned to this site after many years, we always came here when the children were small and they adored it, it is still the same just a lovely peaceful field with a water tap, the chemical disposal is in the yard, you can walk out of the gate straight onto the common, with ponies, donkeys, pigs etc, miles of walks, Hazel has always got time for a chat and is extremely helpful if you need to know anything, there is a small shop in Bramshaw and you are not far from Lyndhurst or even Totton if you need a bigger supermarket etc, we will definitely return

Totally delightful site! Hosts friendly and welcoming. Very quiet, just us and I other motorhome on a lovely 3 acre field. Yes there are virtually no facilities, just Elsan and water points but we were allowed to use our generator. There was nothing to do except walk for miles looking at the wild ponies, playing football, boules, swingball, cards etc with our two boys aged 8 and 10. Absolute heaven! If you want a totally relaxing and make-your-own-fun break, , this is the place for you. Also, a bargain at £8 a night!

We had the pleasure of finding Penn Farm after being booked into another site and not able to pitch. The owners went above the call of duty and came out to guide us on site. They then allowed us to pitch for the night next to there storage barn on hard standing. In the morning we were shown onto the main site. The site is flat and well maintained with lots of space to spread out and not be on top of the next unit. The views all around were picturesque with open fields with ponies grazing. At the top of the site there is a private woods called Frys Copse. The owner took us for a walk through the woods and lent us a map of the surrounding area. The site is child friendly with grass pitches and fencing all around. Although the owners have described the site as minimal facilities the location, views and overall fantastic Good nature of the owners mean this is a site that I will return to with pleasure.
