A lovely week and for me an ideal site. I agree with all of the previous reviews but I can't comment on the prices since time has moved on. I paid £15/night without electric which I think was an extra £5/night.
I can't speak highly enough of the owners Will and Menna who were a joy.
The pub now is community run and was lovely and the Bitter was excellent. It now opens longer hours but I'm not sure of the days. We went on a Sunday lunchtime.
The chemical disposal was one of the best I've ever used. A no frills but lovely well run site. We hope to go back. It was ideal for trips on the Welsh Highland& Ffestiniog Railways which are well worth a visit.

A lovely quiet location on a working farm in Llanystumdwy, by the river. There were 2 fairly small areas for caravans / motor homes, and a field where we stayed in our campervan, with only 2 others in tents.
The site was quiet, the hosts welcoming and friendly and the facilities suited us fine - adequate, clean and with a good hot shower.
A good base for exploring Criccieth and other places along the scenic Llyn peninsula, and just 5 minutes walk away from Lloyd George's impressive grave, museum and a quiet, friendly pub offering good food at reasonable prices.

This is a small, well kept site with a friendly owner who makes you feel very welcome. Flat, grass, well drained pitches and well positioned EHU. Reasonable amenities with one toilet for men, one for women and one shower. Good value at £15. 00 per night. The site is situated in the village with an easy walk to the local pub and the Lloyd-George museum. Within easy reach of Cricceith and Porthmadog and a trip down the Lleyn is well worth it. All in all a good small site, quiet and a good base for touring the peninsula and Snowdonia.

A gem of a site. Great location in a small village(with pub). The site is very well kept and has a river adjacent. Bus stops serve Pwllheli and Porthmadog and run regularly.
There is only one gents toilet, one ladies toilet and one shower but it was not a major problem
The owner is very cheerful and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. £15 with electricity is very good value with the rising prices on many sites.

We agree with previous review - situated at heart of village and a short walk to local pub which opens evenings only. Good bus service to Porthmadog half hourly. Shops/restaurants/pubs in Criccieth which is walkable along the road. The cl has one ladies and one gents toilet and a shower which takes 20p(not used as we have our own). It should be noted that there is a tent field next to the site which would stretch the facilities at busy times. Good chemical disposal, waste and water disposal facilities.
We were charged £15. 00/night which appears to be 50% increase on last year. Bearing in mind that it is possible to stay on a fully serviced 5 star caravan club site for less than £15/night at this time of year, we feel that it is too expensive for what is on offer.

Situated right in middle of Llanystumdwy,
One shower and ladies and gents toilets, which was very clean,
It may be small but the welcome was second to none.
Bus stop right outside,
A lovely flowing river next to site.
When we go that way again, wouldn't hesitate to stay there, and all this for £10-00 a night with electric.
