We booked for 21 nights at Rhosgadw, we only cut short by one night due to the threat of rain and the fact that we are both in our 70's we didn't want to take down a wet tent, but we did stay until 6. 00pm.
This site is so peaceful even though it is on a working farm,
The owners Nick and Hannah couldn't do enough for us even refunding a night stay fee because of a new barn being roofed and the noise it may have caused, which was minimal.
The showers and washing up facilities were great with lovely hot water and the toilets were spotless.
The farm is surrounded by moorland and the dark skies are wonderful.
We had a wonderful 20 nights there.

Excellent site. Very friendly and helpful owners, but not in your face! Lovely facilities, with very hot water for washing up.
All the facilities are covered and there is a little campers kitchen too.
3 toilets and 2 showers which are mixed. The site is very peaceful and the local area is lovely, you can walk from the site out across farmland to the coastal path, and up a few small mountains, if you wish!
We saw baby seals on the beaches, from the coastal path, and the parents swimming in the coves. Just fantastic! Whitesands beach is lovely, but no dogs between March and 30th September.
Fantastic for water sports though. Just along the coastal path from Whitesands is a lovely little beach and it's dog friendly! Also Newgale beach is a lovely long sandy beach (when the tide is out!) which is dog friendly and also good for water sports.
Overall a lovely site, with lovely owners and dogs, and we hope to visit again soon!

I loved this site. We settled ourselves in and the owner came to greet us on her return. Very friendly family, the owner was so helpful, helping us with bus timetables etc. The place was spotless with excellent facilities. Toilets, showers with plenty of hot water, kitchen area with plenty of room to put your things after drying up, without balancing them on the edge of the sink! Fridge freezer and microwave. Site was in a beautiful spot, very peaceful. There is a farm shop which sells newspapers as well, within walking distance, at a nearby camp site.
The owner warned us of some noise and activity the following day, when there was going to be tractors coming and going, but it was no problem at all. They even went to the trouble of moving some sheep to another field on one occasion as there young had been taken to market and the sheep would have disturbed us with their bleeting. Easy to walk to St Davids and Whitesands beach. Each took about 40 minutes. Right on cycle route, which was down quiet country lanes into St Davids. Can not recommend this place enough. Loved it!

This is a wonderful new certificated, to which we were the first visitors. It's a lovely site with views of countryside and mountains (well, rocky hilltops, anyway), and was very peaceful and quiet.
Despite that, it is extremely convenient to beaches, as well as St. David's for visiting the cathedral or popping into the supermarket for a carton of milk.
The site is a flat grassy field, which we found to be very well drained, which was a good thing since we were there during a monsoon which caused substantial flooding elsewhere. We had no problems at all with mud or traction upon leaving.
There were conveniently located electric hookups available although, since we were solar, we didn't use them.
The owners could not have been more pleasant, friendly, helpful, and dog friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this site and, at the risk of never finding it available again, highly recommend it.
