Great location (basically a car park) close to the town centre, no EHU, but has water and Elson facility.
2 minutes walk to Pickering Heritage Railway Station.
Stayed there numerous times always been quiet and peaceful.

Nice location in centre of Pickering.
Code for door of grey/ black waste and fresh water is given when booking and paid in the shop the next day.
Located at the back of the bike shop next to a public car park.
We didn't experience any noise at all and had 2 peaceful nights.

Perfect location in the centre of Pickering & to go to Mathewsons Car Auctions. For £12 per night you can either park up in the carpark or on a bit of grass at the back which can fit 2 moho's & a campervan.
All are level. There is a grey waste, chemical waste & drinking water facility that you get the code for from the shop when you pay.
It is walking distance to the railway station for a seaside special trip to Whitby on a steam train, recommend going on the 9. 20am train which gives you time to mooch in the shops & get some fish & chips before the return journey at 2pm.
Lovely places to eat & to walk to in the town - a visit to the church is recommended to see the wall paintings.
The only two things that let it down are that Lidl is across the road & they have their deliveries at 1. 30am and the carpark close by is popular with people with loud cars with loud exhausts (I have a loud car but wouldn't dream of going where people are obviously sleeping!)

A great spot for an overnight visit to Pickering. Right in the centre of the town with everything very easily accessible.
We were booked onto the illuminated North York Moors Railway for a birthday treat, which was less than 5 minutes walk away. The shop staff were very friendly and helpful.
We’ve stayed before and I’ve no doubt we’ll stay again. Very convenient.

The Antiques Centre is now a bicycle shop called Big Bear Bikes: same address. They still allow motorhome parking on the large yard at the back of the store, charging £3 for a short stay in the day or £12 for overnight.
The only facility is a toilet-emptying point. Pay the fee in the shop and they lend you the key to this. The shop is closed Mondays, but you can still stay (and pay Tuesday morning).
Excellent location, opposite Lidl, with a very short walk into Pickering. And if you want to buy any cycling accessories, or even a bike, the staff are very helpful.

This is an easy to find parking area, quiet and yet very close to the centre of Pickering.
Turn left down the side Lidl at the traffic lights into Southgate and the entrance road is signposted on the right.
There are no facilities as such, but it's hardstanding and a five minute walk to the town.
Very friendly shop owners who just ask you to pop the fee through the shop door with your vehicle registration if they are closed.
