Nice level pitch with showers and toilets when allowed
Close to the A1 but didn't really notice traffic noise, only Ideal location for a stop over on way up North,
Friendly staff

Don't use if you like to sleep at night, too near to A1,
Facilities very poor Drinking water tap filthy.
Entrance from A1 dangerous it's in a petrol station. Was told to use this entrance only. Not worth £17 per night.

Followed the signs to the site only to find a height barrier across the entrance eventually after an hour someone came and unlocked it (quite ungraciously I have to say).
Probably the noisiest site we have stayed on as it is alongside the A1 (would have been better to have pulled into a layby and saved £20).
Toilets were cold water only, not a place I will be stopping at again!

I rang this site and enquires whether it was noisy as I needed somewhere where we could sleep at night, and suspicious of its name (Rear or A1). However the receptionist told us the site was surrounded by trees and only had one other unit on site so it was nice and quiet.
On arrival at around 16:30 reception was already closed and it’s difficult to actually find the entrance as the sat nav takes you to the Residential Park behind a services.
On calling the number provided there was no answer, and no sign posts. Found a route in but the barrier was locked. Finally found someone to ask (by luck) after 30mins and they said there was another entrance further down but we would have to go back down and up the dual carriageway.
Finally arrived at the site and set up.
Electric available and plastic grids under the grass on some areas (others areas muddy as it’s winter). Quickly apparent just how close to A1 the site is - like being parked on an airport runway. Went to the toilet shed - heating turned off and freezing, only cold water from wash basin.
Then the unit next door started playing Rave music on high volume (at least it drowned out the A1) but this became painful when it was still playing at 00:45 in the morning.
Went to the loo, one of the lights not working, tripped over a piece of spare plastic hard stand left lying on grass twisting ankle badly. Told the grounds man the following morning who said he hadn’t seen it the day before and threw it to the side of the toilets.
Sleepless night so decided to move on after one night despite paying for 5. Went to reception to complain but no one available. Emailed the address provided but no one has ever replied.

Used this site as an over night stop to North Yorkshire
It is a flat well kept site next to a residential site with electric toilets and shower BUT literally right next to the A1 so lots of road noise noticed on the way into site there is a pub/resturant and a transport cafe down the road £12 for the night
