This municipal ACSI site is small with no views as it is surrounded by hedge with some chalets and plenty of trees for shade. The pitches vary in size and you can choose which one you have. We chose the biggest and it was huge. It is very quiet; no swimming pool or bar but has free Wifi which is a bit hit and miss. Serge in reception does not speak English but can understand an order for a baguette next morning. Alongside the site but not part of it is the river Cure and two parks, one of which has swimming available. Almost next to the site is the railway station with very few trains and it is five hundred meters walk into town where there are two boulangeries, a boucherie and supermarket. There is a small port with several boats moored up and a couple of houseboats. Absolutely ideal if you want a quiet holiday but if you want to see vines you have to go twelve miles to the Chablis area as there are no vines in this part of Burgundy.
