 This site is located in the middle of a very swish residential area. Located just 3 min to the beach, 5 to town and 5 to shops - all by bicycle. Easy flat safe cycle lanes surrounding this site make it a joy for motorhome owners with bikes.
It is walkable to the beach etc but the cycling was such a great way to get about. The beach was practically our own every day, beautiful and clean and a lovely stroll for about an hour to the town and back with a coffee or beer in the middle.
Pitches are typically sandy and scrubby and there's no taps to fill your tanks except at the service point. There are plenty of those push button taps though. Clean facilities and reasonably well lit at night on the site paths. Friendly staff, beautiful pool and good value at the bar/pizzeria. Be careful about pitches as some are too sandy and big units may struggle to manoeuvre, we did but got it sorted.
The weather was glorious sunshine from mid September onwards to early October and can honestly say it was our best motorhome holiday we've had and we've been at it since 1999!
