It was our first visit here and we found the welcome to the site at reception to be very pleasant and efficient.
We thought it had a good selection of pitches. We booked a few days in advance as it was peak season, it may have been a struggle otherwise. Our pitch in the motorhome area was very well sheltered and level.
It was close to the toilets and showers which were all kept nice and clean.
There were plenty of organized activities, and they were well advertised around the site at the information points. We enjoyed the on-site evening market with local artisan traders.
The site is large, but impressively quiet overnight. There are a small but adequate selection of shops, restaurants and bars, including a bakery.
Bike hire is available if required and there is a self service laundry area. The pool area is great and has something for all ages and swimming abilities.
The three waterslides are fun but not for the faint hearted! The beach is huge and very impressive.
We saw that there was a variety of evening entertainment shows to suit most tastes, but didn't attend any during our short stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful at all time. And, as is typical on naturist sites that we have visited over the years, the guests were friendly and polite with each other, whatever language is spoken.
We didn't venture off site as we had everything we needed on-site. We thought that the prices were reasonable for eating, drinking and shopping and would happily return to the site in the future if in the area.

Firstly what a wonderful reception we received on arrival. I speak French but not to any great extent, the reception staff were fluent in English so booking in was quickly done. We had booked in advance though.
The pitches vary in size, nearly all are sheltered by the surrounding trees, which cuts down on the wind but still allows for sunbathing by your unit. They also vary from nearly sand to grass lawns.
Water points are everywhere so you are never far from one, all pitches also having electricity.
The toilets are cleaned very regularly and are usually spotless. The showers are open plan as are the sinks. Pot washing sinks were also in with the shower block.
There are a couple of washing machines and tumble driers also near reception and at least one of the pitch areas.
Nudity is obligatory, except in cold weather particularly at the excellent pool area, which is quite a sun trap.
As we were there in low season not all the facilities were open i. E the restaurant and bar and the take away.
For shopping there is a Carefour in Leon about 10 mins drive away. Leon also has a market, but check for the days it is there.
Finally the beach. What a beach, miles of sand in either direction accessed direct from the site.
We can not recommend this site highly enough, we were impressed.

This is a large site based in woodland area on the Atlantic Coast. Has good facilities including shop, restaurant, play areas, spa, indoor and outdoor pools. Offers a number of additional services for an additional cost. The facilities can be 10-15 minutes walk from pitch due to size of the site. Wi-fi has to be paid for.
Pitches generally good with vary variable level of shading due to trees. Wash facilities good with hot water.
The site has easy access to a vast Bay of Biscay beach which is popular for surfers. Beach has toilet but no other facilities or shading. Generally swimming is not advised due to strong currents.
The site is located in a flat hinterland so should be suitable for leisure cyclists with bikes on hire at the site.
Overall good and welcoming site.

This is massive site right on the coast with direct access to large sandy naturist beach. Beach is life guarded Jul/Aug with marked out safe swimming area & care must be taken swimming anywhere down the south west coast due to currents so if in doubt paddle although beach is popular with surfers. There are various different camping pitch areas. Out of peak season no need to book. We got a pitch nearest to the beach, nice but very windy. Once you know the site you can find more sheltered areas. There are several separate camping/caravanning areas & also motorhome areas. Plenty of the site is rental bungalows & tents & also private bungalows.
Sanitary blocks are OK although some are old but in good repair & cleaned daily. Choose your pitch carefully as size of site means you can be several 100mtres from nearest toilets. Bikes are good for getting around the site but there are some steep slopes. Bikes can be hired if you don't bring your own. Large indoor & outdoor pool complex with restuarant, takeaway & shop. Site is cheap outside peak season. We used ACSI card for 15€ pn in Jun with discount for stays of 2wks or more but price hikes hugely in Jul/Aug.
Area is good for excursions. Nice countryside & coast. Near to Bairritz, Pyrennes & Spain. All doable in easy day trips. Summer weather can be up & down on this part of the coast. Can be temps into 30s but massive storms can happen as well. Pitches are sand so bring long pegs for tents & awnings.
