We have stayed overnight at this site for a couple of years when heading south or on our return journey as it is just of the motorway.

It is not near any supermarkets but is quiet and always has good clean facilities and doesn't fill up till later in the evening. The last two summers we have been charged 23.50 euros for the unit, a family of five (all charged as adults) and electric.

If you arrive early perhaps about four) it gives the impression of being deserted but gradually fills up.

There is an enormous Carrefour supermarket just of one of the Limoges exits.

About 20km south of Limoges take exit 40 onto D420 southbound site on left in approx 500m, just follow signs for 'Stade Chabanas'
