Lovely and quiet site and woke up listening to the birds singing.
The area where the water, waste and bins are is quite wet and boggy ( so be careful not to get stuck ).
Can’t comment on the toilet or shower facilities as we didn’t need or use them.

A very good, attractive, basic, small site. It's excellent value for money, charmingly rustic, and Lucy the owner's communication is prompt and helpful.
The ground was wet and soft from too much rain, but the pitches are very generous so I was able to find a good spot for my little backpacking tent. It's very well sheltered from wind but I'd have been anxious pitched under the (many) trees - this was in the run up to storm Eunice.
The facilities are delightful, being in a stone-built old outbuilding with a pleasantly churchy atmosphere. The shower is one of those electric ones, but surprisingly good, with a "dial-a-squirt" head on it so you can get some oomph into the experience. There's a second, separate lavatory in the lean-to which seems little used: I was kindly allowed to store my bicycle in there.
With no washing up sinks that I could find, this isn't a long-stay site for tent campers, but the location is great for a few days exploring Falmouth and the area. Most sites in the area seem to be closed to tent campers in the winter, so this is a great find and I would stay here again very happily.

This site was perfect for what we needed.
It was close to Falmouth Uni for us to be able to visit our daughter.
The Site has a toilet and shower,
Lots of bins provided and was quiet and peaceful.
As the Site was £15 per Night all in we didn't get charged extra for the dogs! Like lots of sites do.
We were very happy to find this campsite and will be returning very soon. Lucy was very helpful and very welcoming to us.

Excellent site, spotlessly clean. Shower block exceptional. Grounds wonderful.
Will be looking to book next year as work for family in the area during busy time.
Very good convenient bus service into Falmouth, which saves up having to move the camper van and find suitable parking when area is very busy
Nothing to dislike.

Great site for the price. Everything you need and close to Penryn and Falmouth interests.
11/10. Peaceful surroundings.
Would recommend to be ready for the weather too and wear some suitable shoes for the grass terrain.

Good location as close to Falmouth. Nice quick email booking response.
Facilities (loo & shower) in need of refurbishment / facelift. Like blind not working in loo and muddy grass (no path) to facilities. At our visit could have done with a good clean.

Would have liked a closer dog walk. Beautiful quiet. Site lovely and clean well kept, very pretty surrounded by shrubs and trees.
Owner very cheerful and nice Originally quite hard to find but got better to find our way round the narrow lanes would definitely recommend.

Great little campsite, well placed for all the Falmouth attractions and with very little passing traffic noise. Nicely cut grass which is great when you are tenting. Attentive, flexible and communicative owner welcomed us, and even if not available in person can be contacted on her mobile.
Facilities are modern and spotless, there is an alternative loo too if you fancy a loo with character.
Follow the directions exactly and you'll find it, but fail to start at described and you, like us, will have fun.
