Site is on the edge of the pretty village of Grandborough, with its welcoming pub with shop, The Shoulder of Mutton - it's only a couple of minutes walk away.
Site facilities are fairly basic: a loo and an electric heater shower, though that's sufficient for many campers.

I stayed here at the end of August and it was very quiet - I was the only visitor. There are some lovely inquisitive farm dogs that came to say hello.
The site is a big field overlooked on one side by new housing. The farm was difficult to find as the park4night itinerary takes you to a locked wrong entrance.
There is an electronic gate at the correct entrance and if you want to go out in the evening this could be problematic as the owners do not give out the PIN number to get back in.
There is a pub in the village which is very close, it also sells basic things like bread and milk as there is no other shop.
Payment for the site is cash only. £13 per night without electricity.

We stayed as a 2 family group with 6 teenagers for 5 nights. We were attending an event at Draycote Water & just needed somewhere to sleep & cook food.
Campsite is very quiet, we had a couple of other people in vans & caravans for the odd night during our stay.
Facilities are extremely basic - a single toilet and a single separate shower. No hot water in the toilet or shower room sinks.
Small basin in both the toilet & shower room and nowhere to put your things apart from a single hook on the back of the shower room door. A mirror above the toilet (not above the sink), mirror above the sink in the shower room.
Shower was electric and hot.
Facilities weren't cleaned during our stay.
It was cheap (£51 per night for 9 of us in 3 tents & a small campervan with 1 EHU). Cash only on arrival. Campsite owner was very friendly & we left late on the last day without paying extra which was helpful for our schedule. You have to phone to get her to come out to the camping field as the farm dog is very protective of their house grounds so entering past their gate isn't practical.
Septic tank disposal unit in the field. No grey water disposal for washing up water etc.
Camping pitches are flat and easy to get pegs into. Easy access from the road for towing although it's a single lane road with passing places so drive steadily.
If you were in a self contained van and didn't need to use the facilities it would be a great place to hole up in for a few nights of R&R.

This ia very quiet site in the village Of Granbourough.
If you like sites that are rowdy then forget this one Its piece and tranquillity.
Facilities very basic but easy access. Nearest shopping is Dunchurch just outside
Of Rugby where there are plenty of shops for you to visit. I have given site location 8 out of ten as it is out in the sticks a little.
I have given 5 out of ten for site facilities that are basic.
Value for money for campers off grid £13 per night.
Always a warm welcome from Sheila, site owner.
Oh and a very short walk to the Shoulder Of Mutton Public house meals available.

A great little quiet site. Nice flat pitches. Only 1 toilet and shower but we didn’t have any real issues with having to wait.
Good location for visiting Draycote Water.
Pub in village has now closed down.

Lovely little site not far from home, ideal for a short break without travelling miles.
Great walks for the dogs. 2nd time here and rebooked again for next Bank Holiday weekend.
Perfect for peace and quiet. Pub in village closed down, but doesn't bother us.
£12 a night with ehu, bargain!

Easy booking through the UKCampsite enquiry page, and prompt reply from owner.
As a one-man tent camper overnighting after a day fly fishing at nearby Draycote water the location was great. Cost average at £10pn. Minimum needs for a loo and water supply with single shower were met, although nothing fancy.
Only downside for me was the nearby church bell sounds every quarter hour ALL NIGHT, so bring some earplugs.

I have just returned from Grange Farm after just a couple of days break. This a really wonderful quiet camp site so If you like loud music then is not the site for you. There are 5 electric hook ups and plenty of room between pitches. This to us was just what the Doctor ordered peace and tranquillity In the paddock right opposite were cows with their calves and the cows made you more than welcome. Shower and toilet on site not the Ritz but adequate as I guess most caravanners like us use their own facilities. The field is reasonably flat so no problems levelling up. I recommend this site to anybody. Would I pay a return visit. Yes I certainly would

Take a toilet roll! Just visited this weekend. Nicely mown level grassy field, and only tent on site along with a caravan and a couple of motor homes. Very quiet location and sleepy village a very short walk away. Local pub serving good food and lots of different beers.
New shower room which does the job, alongside a separate toilet. My only criticism was that we arrived Friday night to no loo roll (luckily we always have some in our camping kit), and despite obvious cleaning, it wasn't replenished until Sunday morning. Just a small thing but could have caught someone out!
Would encourage the owner to take payments on arrival so that campers can leave at leisure and not have to worry about searching them out to pay, especially as they also run a busy farm.
Would definitely recommend and return.
