 Stayed here for 2 nights, the reception staff was very friendly. The site is on a hill, some of the pitches are terraced. There are a lot of seasonal pitches of varying quality. The ablution block looks like a military barracks but inside was clean.
We found a pitch with a good view of mountains over fields. The fields had a couple of friendly horses.
There is a restaurant and bar that we didn't visit so can't comment.
I had to use earplugs to sleep on the second night as the local dogs barked all night, like a scene from 101 Dalmations. A shame because it was very peaceful during the day.
The swimming pool looked very inviting but, sadly, I didn't use it.

We have just spent 4nghs here. Great sight for visiting the national park. Do stock up before you arrive! Many Spanish caravans based here, clean, hot showers, toilet block very good, path to a nearby visitors centre, easy directions, barrier exit,

This is a nice site, excellent and ample facilities, (toilets, showers, washing machines etc. Shop stock was low when we went at the end of the season. Food is very good and good value, especially the menu of the day. Pitches are large and some have shade covers. The motor home point is good, as is chemical toilet disposal.

A large site that caters for school groups in bungalows as well as many tents, motor homes and caravans. There are noisy teenagers around at times. Large and clean facilities, lots of hot water everywhere, washing machines etc. The pitches are quite large and some have shade. The best thing is the proximity to the National Park of Monfrague, one of Spain's foremost national parks with great opportunities for bird watching. It's about a ten minute drive and there are no camping facilities nearer to the park. The on site restaurant is very good for the menu del dia. They take ACSI card now so it's very cheap out of season. Reception has lots of information and a small shop.
