We visited this site in 2022 and were blown away with the peace & quite and tranquillity.
So when the site contacted us with a early season offer we could not refuse, and its just as peaceful & quiet and improved (toilet n showers) and they were very good in 2022,
Peter @ the Hare & Hounds was Peter the food as well,
Maggie our Doggie loves the dog exercise area,
One of the local garages on site sorted out a problem which appeared on our tow vehicle (failed timing belt tensioner( failed after 3500 miles)
We await another early season offer for 2025 to return.

Fantastic peaceful site, friendly staff and excellent facilities. Lovely grass pitches with water and electric overlooking fields, many deer sightings throughout our stay.
There were also hard standing pitches. Loved the included firepit, lovely to sit by as the sun went down.
Facilities always clean and tidy, although toilet cubicles were quite cosy. Shower facilities excellent and no queues at all although site was almost full.
2 good dog walk areas, one off lead, one on lead. Short drive to Bridport, market days a must, Wednesday and Saturday.
Hare and Hounds Pub, short drive through very narrow roads, but well worth a visit. Bob the landlord very welcoming and food and beer excellent. We went in the rain, hence eating indoors, but spectacular views from the garden.
Would highly recommend the campsite to anyone wanting a relaxing stay, and no children running around.

Oh my, if Guinness made quiet, adults only campsites…this would be it! Scenery to warm your heart, staff who are professional and have a wonderful sense of humour, caring owners and peace and quiet.
Dog friendly. What more could you ask?
Pitches are large, facilities clean.
Second year we have been here and we will be back.
Thank you so very much again Yvonne and staff.
Utterly fabulous!

Lovely four night stay at this friendly quiet campsite. A good sized pitch, toilets and showers and washing up area were kept immaculately clean.
The little shop was useful for treats and forgotten items and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The night sky was amazing. I didn't use the fire pits provided but think if it was chillier I probably would have done.
The site is only a couple of miles from Bridport and a short drive to a lovely beach at Seatown.

This is an excellent adults only campsite with good facilities at a reasonable price.
Each pitch has EHU and a drinking water point. The site has 4 unisex showers with plenty of hot water on tap with a Mira sport shower. So no need to keep pushing the button in to get water.
There is a covered washing point again with plenty of hot water. Inside the wash up hut there’s a fridge and freezer for campers use. The site is covered by wi-if which worked fine.
All the facilities are kept clean and fully serviced.
We had pitch 14 which is raised and has good views of the surrounding land. Bridport is just 10 minutes drive away where there is a market on a Saturday and Wednesday.
Plenty of market stalls line the street that sell a variety of goods, well worth a visit. The site is central with easy road access to many of the villages, beaches etc that you will want to visit.
The small camp shop has all the basics you might need and a well stocked fridge with cider and beer for sale.
Overall Yvonne and Jo will look after you during your stay, this place is well worth a visit.

What a brilliant site.
Really pleased we booked it.
The pitches are huge, views are wonderful. Very friendly staff, checked if we were ok most days.
Superb toilets and plenty of showers. Loved the fact it was adults only.
Each pitch had a fire pit to use. Many people used them, we didn’t as we were too hot.
There is a small shop on site selling milk, bread etc. There’s also an ice cream factory on-site. They were delicious.
On one evening a food wagon arrived selling tasty evening meals.
