Nice small campsite set in a rural location. Small, warm clean modern toilet and shower facilities. Well maintained, flat pitches.
Ideal for a weekend break or short stay. Toilet facilities might be a bit stretched if the campsite was full.
Safe site for children though no child specific facilities

We stayed here for two nights and it is a very quiet peaceful location, if a little out of the way. We were the only ones on site.
The toilet facilities are very good, eco hot water, a credit to the owner. Local Nisa supermarket in St Davids
Hard standing Pitches are level and freshly gravelled, EHU 16amp

We were the first visitors to this newly opened certified site. We were very lucky to have the site to ourselves for 2weeks. We were on the only 2 hardstanding pitches - the grass area being too wet for anything to go on !
There is a washup sink for use by campers - but it is not covered & looks rather odd stood outside against the hedge. The shower & loo facilities were brand new & we had them for our sole use - which was lovely ! Always stacks of hot water - at no extra charge - heated by solar energy - very impressive !
The owners have only been at the property for 12mths & are in the midst of an ongoing renovation project. We received a warm welcome & left to settle in - Mrs Southwell came round later to collect site fees & hand us folders that were full of very useful info re the surrounding area - places to visit/ best beaches/ restaurants/shops etc. A nice thoughtful touch.
The weather the 1st week of our hol was very wet - but improved for the 2nd week. St. Davids is a must to visit - delightful. Newgale beach is stunning as you approach from either direction. This CS is in a very peaceful location.
Only downsides we found were the distances we had to travel to get anywhere-14mls to Haverfordwest for example. Very narrow country lanes for at least a couple of miles from the site- very hairy towing a caravan !
If you are looking for peace tranquillity & enjoy being way off the beaten track - this site is for you. A walkers paradise.
We had our 2 grandchildren with us aged 7 & 10 & they had lots of room to play safely in the field adjacent to the caravans. Mr. Southwell took them with him to feed the 2 kune kune pigs that he keeps & the children loved that.
