Great site within easy reach of this beautiful Rhine town.

The town is worth a visit - very picturesque with nice places to eat and drink.

Facilities on site are good and staff very helpful.

Would certainly return!

If you want a riverside location, then this is the site for you. The site is a few hundred yards from Oberwesel and has 2 Supermarkets just across the road.

Oberwesel has several restaurants/shops and bars and also is served via the railway which will take you to Boppard or Koblenz. It is also possible to reach these locations via the River Rhine boat service which pulls in at Oberwesel.

The site is well maintained with toilet and showers housed in 2 Porto-Cabins but both were very clean when we visited. A washing area is also in a separate unit which houses a washing machine/dryer.

Also on site is a small bar area which also sells snacks and on Fridays has a barbecue night with roast pork on the spit. Bread can be ordered for daily delivery and the site has WIFI at a reasonable 2 Euros a day or 8 Euros per week.

To make sure of a front line pitch it would be best to ring ahead. The site also takes ACSI cards.
