Lovely little site with everything you need for a nice getaway. The site is very close to the beach - 10 mins walk max, and walking distance to a shop and pub.

The nearby beach is lovely and clean and not as busy as the main Chapel Village area. The Observatory Beach Cafe is fantastic with good food and an excellent breakfast - they also serve alcohol which is great for those hot days on the beach!

The facilities are basic, but cleaned regularly. Plenty of space for kids to play on the field.

Nice and quiet on an evening with a wonderful sunset every night!

Cant fault it, we'll definitely be back.

The best words to describe our stay is Fantastic The campsite is small but with large spaces between pitches.

Vicky kept everything clean and tidy toilets and shower block was clean and checked more than twice a day.

Shaun was out working on jobs around the site and managed to cut the grass a few times while we were there, Was told directions to beach and

Pub, who did nice meals also chip shop close by.

Will be going back next year.

Nothing to dislike about this place, nice and quiet tucked away in the countryside.

Short walk into the village or on to the beach,

Would definitely recommend as long as there's room left for us,

Will be back soon 😀

Very relaxing well run site, within short walking distance to beach.

Site owners very helpful and relaxed and provided clean amenities that were checked regularly both days we were there.

We enjoyed our first stay here and will be going back with some sea fishing gear for the beach.

Price for camping I thought was reasonable.

Wow! What can I say the campsite is nice and small and we were placed in a quiet area. Vicki was amazing and very helpful.

Toilet and shower block were clean and checked more than twice a day.

Will definitely be going back next year

This was our first time camping with our 2 dogs, we were greeted by the owner on arrival and she was very friendly and understanding.

The site is a nice size very peaceful and the owners keep it very clean.

We had a lovely weekend and are definitely going back in the very near future,

Cannot find any fault at all with this site, it is great for a quiet getaway with being only a short distance to the beach

We would recommend anyone to stay there. Brilliant.

Lovely quiet campsite. Very easy to book over the phone.

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we drove into the site. Really well maintained site. The toilet and shower facilities are basic but looked after.

Great for visiting the local area, short walk from Chapel Point which is a lovely long beach. We walked into Chapel St Leonards for our evening meal.

We were only there for one night but I would highly recommend for any length of stay.

Thank you!

This site is a great find and one which I'm sure we will visit again. The pitches are level, well maintained with the grass cut short and the facilities cleaned at least twice a day.

We received a warm welcome from the owner who was very knowledgeable and happy to provide information about the local area. The location of the site is great for the beach plus there is a grass verge behind the site for the dog walk first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The beach at Chapel Point is dog friendly and stretches for miles in both directions.

With it being a bank holiday, the site was full and some units were quite close together but it wasn't a problem as everyone was friendly.

It's a very relaxed site with few or no rules which is fine so long as people show respect for each other. We did see one camper who thought it was acceptable to use the site as a dog walk, allowing her dog to do it's business where tents were to be pitched. Also, it would have been nice if there had been a separate area for the children to play as balls were forever hitting caravans and tents and children running between units playing hide and seek etc.

Overall we had a lovely stay and would visit again but probably not on a bank holiday weekend.

A fantastic place and the owners were very welcoming, although only there for 1 night due to circumstances beyond our control, we were made to feel really welcome the other camp users were very happy to see us and even made us a cup of tea whilst we were pitching our tent in the rain the facilities were also clean and tidy and checked every couple of hours.

The only reason we left was that on our first night we had a phone call saying my father had been rushed into hospital, the owner came to see us the next morning and I explained to him we had to leave and why and on asking how much we owe he said only pay for the night at which I answered no we booked for 3 nights so I will pay for 3 nights, he said you can come back for a weekend free of charge if you would like anytime.

However we have not been back since but this was due to my fathers passing but will be going back this year sometime

A truly lovely campsite with breath taking views and so close to beach and local amenities. The couple that own it are so friendly and really make you feel welcome! We will not go anywhere else now and will look forward to camping in 2016! Thanks so much! See you soon!
