A good enough site, but thought that £20 per night is too much for what is on offer. Electricity is now included in the price.
There are decent views and a walk next to the site. The owner is pleasant and helpful, good email communication.
There is a fuel station and convenience store in Gamlingay, a Tesco Express in Potton, supermarkets and a good walk by the river in Biggleswade.
If coming from the north, off the A1 at Sandy, through the town, turn left past the station towards Everton through Gamlingay, turn to the site a couple of 100 yards past the old peoples' home.

As fulltimers we return to this site regularly. The site is very well kept and you can chose where to pitch from available pitches. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Fresh eggs are available - sometimes still warm from the chicken. The view from the field is beautiful. Recommended local eateries - the Sandwich bar in Gamlingay or The Square Cafe in Potton for a lunchtime snack, The Rising Sun in Potton for evening meals or a superb Sunday roast. Chinese and Indian restaurants are to be found in Potton and Gamlingay and Potton has good fish and chips. Potton and Gamlingay are within 10 minutes in the Ferrari and there is an excellent farm shop in walking distance. Electricity is by prepay card and we can manage 5 days for a fiver. I have put an N/A for child friendliness 'cos I don't know.

Up keep of the site is impeccable, grass is mown regular and the proprietors could not be more welcoming. The owners are there to help and advise at all times and make a point of doing there on site visits to make sure everyone is okay. There is no sound of traffic and the views are wonderful. There are lots of amenities such as places to eat and visit. Ideal for walkers and dog owners. We know we can stay in the future in the knowledge we will be looked after and made welcome.
