Fantastic site for an overnight stop en route to the Channel Tunnel.
Really lovely lady that booked us in.
We had a hard standing pitch with electric and access to a water tap to fill up.
There is a shower and toilet on site.
Don't rely on Sat Nav to gey you there, we used Google earth to plan the route and had no problems. The sat nav would have taken us down a very narrow lane.
Paid £15 for the night and would definitely book again en route to France.

One night stop over on way over to Disneyland Paris.
Great location only 15 mins from Ferry terminal.
The owner is lovely, was very patient after we got stuck in traffic on the way down from warrington.
We were in the yard as we were only there for 9 hours, Electric hook up available but no toilet in the yard.
Perfect for our requirements, and very reasonably priced.

We stopped here twice as a stopover for the Dover ferry after a recommendation from friends who stay here often.
Site owner very happy for us to stay for a single night on the way out and again on our return. Very welcoming on our arrival and accepted our bookings via email.
On both visits as soon as we arrived someone was there to greet us within moments of our arrival to suggest pitches and take payment. A refreshing change compared to the amount of CLs we have had to guess where to go and then search for someone to check in with and pay!
The site is level and the grass well maintained which is great for quick setting up. Both of the pitches we were on had their on drinking water taps so would be perfect for a direct hook up for a longer stay.
The roads to the site are a little tight, either via single track lanes or a residential area with parked cars, both are easily manageable with a little care although the residential way is probably the easiest.
Would definitely recommend this site for ferry crossing and also someone who is looking to explore the local area and stay a little longer, I'm sure we would if it was not so far from home.
On our second visit we were treated to a spectacular firework display although I suspect this is not a regular occurrence and more due to a family wedding taking place.

A little bit of a hidden gem, and all the better for it ! Nice well kept site with a CL and a separate site for overnighters for the ferry. Clearly separated, but sharing the chemical waste and bins etc.
The sites main (and only!) downside is its proximity to the M20/A20, which is just over the hedge, so can be noisy, not to bad after 22:00 but it is the main route to Dover.
Great location for the ports and channel tunnel, lovely owners. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit friends in Folkestone. This site has no bathroom facilities which we knew before arriving, so you would definitely need your own. It does have a toilet waste area.
We liked the water taps which were placed all around the edge of the site. This was very convenient.
The site is located on a quiet road with plenty of footpaths leading up to the coastline.
In fact, we went on a fabulous walk checking out the second world war bunkers along the coast!
The only downside was the close proximity of the A20, which is busy!
The owner was friendly. We would return here again.

Pleasant enough site on grass - there seemed to be two separate areas, one for overnighters getting the Dover ferries, the other for longer term visitors. Quite how that fits with the 'max 5 units' rule I'm not sure. EHU and black water disposal available, grey water 'dump in hedge' we were told.
Nothing much in walking distance - I did try the village, at 1 mile distant, but no pub. Quiet site - until 19. 00 or so when band practice started! This was a fairly regular thing I suspect, taking place in the farm's barn. Pretty irritating - like hearing neighbour's stereo until 11 or so at night. BUT very convenient for port - you pays your money.
