Covering the West Highland way with a group of 3 single tents/ overnight.

As the only formal camping area this is a wee diamond in the middle of GlenCo offering the only campsite opportunity for showers, drying rooms, toilets, food and drinks (including a fully stocked bar ;-).

Friendly helpful staff and a spectacular location/views.

The 8pm closure may not suit all but is clearly communicated at the point of booking and is perfectly adequate for most campers.

Would return happily and would recommend this campsite without hesitation.

What a location! Trip up the chairlift essential.

When new cafe building is complete & work finished we hope to return.

Very friendly staff.

Best not to pick windy weather!

Great campsite, amazing views, great facilities including tumble dryers and places to charge phones,

Would have liked some fridge/freezer space provided to store ice blocks overnight

Enjoyed the stay with electric and water on the pitch

Friendly staff and great views.

Toilets and showers were excellent.

Only criticism was lack of water supply at Elsan point

It worked for me. Fantastic views to wake up to. The cafe was busy but the staff were very helpful with tourists and took time to go that extra mile.

Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Toilets and showers were clean and tidy.

This, for me, is a great stopping point for a day or two.

This is a site on the side of the main car park for the resort, which can get very busy.

The hard standing areas are quite littered, to the point on pitch five human excrement was under a piece of wood, which was moved out of way to discover the said pile.

Electric hook up handy with water point to each pitch. Glam ping pods directly behind you but up a small bank.

The single track road up is quite undulating so has to be taken at a steadier pace.

The hosts were very helpful and quick with the key for the electric point.

Scenery is probably best in Scotland and worthy of the stop.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the relax of the area.

Cable car worth a trip up, but cafe on the mountain only accepts cash so make sure you have some.

The main lodge on the car park is very functional good food reasonable and some good bottled beers.

Overall I would return for couple of nights again, but would be nice if litter was cleared away a bit better.

Didn't use facilities due to van having all we needed.

So be aware it is a car park, nothing else, but worth it for the price due to location.

This is somewhat of an unusual site being as its basically 10 hardstandings all with EHU situated along the side of the large car park for the mountain ski centre.

Having said that it is set in a stunning location with amazing views, there are 2 separate facilities blocks, the one at the top is mainly used by skiers and therefore very busy during the day however there is a new facilities block at the bottom of the car park for the use of campers only and this was immaculate modern and heated.

There is a small astro turf area for tents and a number of camping pods set behind the hardstandings. There is a cafe & bar on site which was very good and a trip up the ski lift to the top of Glencoe is a must especially in the winter as they have free sledge hire from the cafe at the top -

We had a really great time and definitely plan to return.

We decided to use this as an overnight stop to take in a walk along the Highland Way and for the incredible scenery.

The pitches are hardstanding, level and have been gravelled. They are to the side of the car-park and just in front of the 'Hobbit huts'. Ehu on each pitches, toilets are in the cafe complex but they are open all night. Showers were £1 in separate portacabin type building but we didn't use so not sure on how good they were.

The cafe is beautiful, stunning views, lovely food and even a wood burning stove for colder days. The chairlift goes from the side of the cafe and we watched a fair few go up with bikes to ride back down. The cafe closes around 9pm and from then on its fairly silent, no traffic noise as you are way off the road.

The pitches are not for those wanting grass and somewhere to sit, more of an aire type pitch which is great for those wanting to get out walking or cycling. At £15 per night its a reasonable price and we would use again as it ticked all the boxes.

A welcoming sight whilst walking the West Highland Way. This site is ideally situated especially as I was walking the West Highland Way and there are no other campsites in the local vicinity without further walking (other options would be staying in a hotel, with further walking, or wild camping) This small but lovely campsite would be an ideal base for those climbing locally, after walking Rannoch Moor or a stop over whilst travelling. Flat, firm and tidy area for tents. Clean showers ( £1 for 5 minutes, coin or purchase token from reception in cafe), clean toilets. Lovely welcoming staff in a warm friendly cafe with lovely, tasty well priced dishes available. Pool table and board games were available. Loved sitting in this wonderful cafe with spectacular views, playing dominoes and chilling with a delicious meal and fantastic hot chocolate drink. Also charged my mobile phone at no extra cost. Definitely be returning here.
