We really enjoyed our stay at greets farm.
Very quiet and relaxing site, super friendly hosts.
Only a short walk to the village where there is a dog friendly cafe / shop and local pub where the food was lovely.

What a lovely campsite, very peaceful and tranquil with great views over the Howardian Hills.
Very clean facilities.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming and helped us out when we had a flat battery.
The village is only a 15 minute walk away with a friendly pub with good food and a bakery/deli.
We would recommend this site to others and we will hopefully be returning ourselves.

Lovely site with basic but clean facilities.
Great views across castle Howard. Adults only, very peaceful and quiet.
Field is on a slight slope depending on where you pitch but plenty of space Great little bakery a mile or so in the village.

Lovely peaceful site with basic but clean facilities. Sarah was very welcoming.
Within reach of many attractions and excellent eating places but felt like we were in the middle of the countryside.
We especially enjoyed Eden Camp, The Royal Oak in Old Malton, Malton itself and a walk to the site of Wharram Mediaeval Village.
So relaxing, sitting out listening to the birdsong and also seeing the beautiful night skies complete with full moon- without any streetlight glare.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The site was clean and the facilities were good.
The site is near to castle Howard, malton, pickering so good for visiting.
The local village pub was warm and welcoming and the Sunday roast was outstanding.
Beautiful place to say and relax

What a truly charming place. We had such a relaxing time here. If you are happy in a field, with a basic shower and a couple toilets, but away from everything, just the very friendly sheep, lambs and horses, then this is the place for you.
Sarah could not have been friendlier and more accommodating.
On top of this, there is a delightful village within a 20 minute walk, where you will find a beautiful cafe/delicatessen serving breakfast and lunch.
Opposite the cafe is a nice pub, where you can have an evening meal.
Eden Camp, castle Howard and Malton are all worth a visit and just a very short drive away.
We loved our time here. Thank you. Eve and Vince

This a lovely peaceful site with basic but very clean facilities. Its elevated position gives great views across the Howardian hills.
Loads to do in the area, and it is easy to get to. It is close to the A64 but far enough away for the road noise to be distant and not intrusive.
We didn't see the sign on the entrance coming from Welburn as it was overgrown and the tree on the entrance road could do with a trim to improve clearance for larger vans.
Otherwise we found this to be a very pleasant site which we would return to.
The owners clearly intend this to be a relaxing site in which people can enjoy the area.

Personally my thoughts were that we had paid similar prices or less in 2023 at adult sites with better, more modern facilities, also there are only 2 (mixed) toilets and only one shower in total which even for a small site is pretty minimal and they were very basic and tired with no hand dryers or anything for example.
Access to both via steps which some might find a little difficult to negotiate if they have mobility problems. That said the facilities were clean and the lady helpful and friendly.
The site is fairly close to a main road but traffic noise wasn't really a problem but if you do want to use the local bus services to York or Whitby etc you will need to cross that busy road and it can be really quite daunting.
Locally the village nearby had a pub and a lovely bakers/ coffee shop. We probably wouldn't use again, I think there are better sites for the money and others on social media seem to agree.

Lovely secluded position with nice views all around and even over to castle Howard.
An easy 10 minute walk takes you into the village where you will find a fabulous tearoom with lovely home made goodies.
The pub in the village had an interesting menu which, unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to sample.
The Shower room was excellent and the owner friendly.
We will definitely be back. Thank you.
