 Sssshh! This is a great little site that I shouldn't be talking about. It's extremely basic - just a freshwater tap, a septic tank and a bin. It's situated at the top of a gently sloping field with a lovely view across the Coquet Valley to the Simonside Hills. It's a 15 minute walk into Thropton, which has 2 pubs that both do good food. 45 minutes walk will bring you to Rothbury, which has a decent range of shops, cafes, etc and which is a very pleasant market town. This is great walking or cycling country.
One other thing - the phone no is incorrect - it's actually 01669 620216
