 I must disagree that the site offers good value, though it gets custom by being the only site open in the immediate area. If it were a municipal site it might charge half as much but still merit a poor review.
The pitches are undivided around a grassy area, grass that was everywhere ankle-high. The showers were hot, but only three were working. The toilets were without paper (of course) or brushes. The facilities were cleaned simply by directing a powerful hose everywhere, regardless of the fact that the floor was not draining. The scummy flood (making much of one end of the building impassible) lingered from one day to the next.
Many of the people on the site were cyclists, and the one big asset the site does have is its proximity to the Voie Verte cycle route into Caen, then beyond to the coast - smooth level off-road asphalt all the way.

Large and well kept site in the town of Thury Harcourt. Pitches are large and have EHU. Toilets, while dates, are always kept clean and tidy. Staff on site really helpful. Pizzas at the restaurant are superb! Thury is a good base for visiting this area of Normandy. Canoeing in the area is great. Good value site.

We were headed for Le Croisic but found ourselves at this site after a breakdown. It wasn't our first choice (as it wasn't an ACSI site) but we were told that the terms of our breakdown cover required us to be taken to the nearest site. Le Traspy is easily accessed from the D562 along a narrow road with a series of ponds to one side (a few days after our stay the site would be hosting the world canoe kayak championships). Touring pitches are located in the centre of the site with static caravans around the perimeter and the whole is enclosed on 3 sides by steep woodland, which means limited sunshine. The site is also bordered by what appears to be a small stream, but notices advise that flooding is a possibility. Grass pitches are spacious and well-kept but expensive at more than 20 euros per night out of season for 2 adults and a dog. On arrival we found that the hookup didn't work but this was quickly fixed. The toilet block is dated but adequate and, most importantly, clean, with washing up and laundry sinks located outside the block. Shops and bars are a short walk away in town, and the site has a small bar and pizza restaurant. During our 3 night stay the site was very quiet, with only a few other pitches occupied. Had we stayed longer, our impression would probably have been very different as the site filled up for the canoe kayak event. Overall, not a bad site but too expensive out of season.
