 Booked this site on Thursday for a quite Saturday night, about 1 hour walk from the beach but along busy roads, good eating pub within 15 minutes walk, good sized pitches. However, owners had a party Saturday evening which increased in volume as the Karaoke kicked in. 01. 45AM karaoke noise still belting out, no thought whatsoever to the guests on the site. No advance warning when we booked two days prior or when we booked in on Saturday lunchtime. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Five hours of karaoke is not what we paid for total disregard to the paying guests. No apology or refund offered.

Very friendly owners, pitches well laid out with water and electric, hard standing with grass area to side,
2 shower rooms each with basin and wc, 50p for a shower, plenty of time and a good hot shower.
Plenty of walking but a little out of the way. Suited our needs perfectly.

Lovely, well cared for, little site which we have visited for a number of years. All pitches are serviced and hard standing. Easy to get to from the end of the M55 on the way to St Anne’s.
If you have a motorhome then just a forewarning, the bus stop is quite a walk up the lane and the shops are a car ride away. If you have bikes, no problem as there are no hills.
St Anne’s and Lytham are a few minutes by car away and so is the centre of Blackpool.
It’s easier to park by the sand dunes at Starr Gate and catch the bus into Blackpool centre, (free if you have a bus pass) or the tram but National bus passes are not able to be used. We just buy a day’s travel ticket which is good value or one for a week if you are staying longer.
At £16 per night this site is a little gem.

Nice level site on an open site which really is a sun trap. Reasonably priced at £15 per night.
All pitches are hard standing with a small area of grass in between vans. Shame there isn't more grass on the site like Sequester used to have across the road before it was closed down and built on.
Toilet block and shower blocks are present. Showers cost 40p per go.
All in all a nice friendly little site handy for Lytham St Annes and easy to get to off the M55.
