The campsite was good in every aspect.
Good restaurant, spacious pitch, friendly staff and clean facilities.
Great place to stopover en route to Red Bull Ring.

Campsite is easy to find and only just off the A93. We tried to ring ahead to reserve but they won’t do this, instead you have to go on the German version of their website and complete a booking form.
I would recommend you have google translate on another device handy as it’s not easy! The man in reception was ok and you can pay by card or cash.
WiFi is free but signal is rubbish. Pitches aren’t as cramped as some sites we’ve been to but it is cosy. Our van is 7. 5m long and we fitted in no problem.
Apart from the site’s close proximity to Regensburg I’m not sure how they justify 46. 50 euros a night! You can walk into the city in 40 mins and it’s def worth a visit.
We may return but not for any longer than a night or two.

On arrival we found this site quite easy to find. It's a bit narrow getting through for motorhomes though. It was expensive for what it was, and without electricity for a tent it was disappointing.
The owners were not helpful. We can speak a bit of German but they were happier speaking English to the Dutch rather than us. We couldn't park the car by our tent. And there was a man who works there who followed us to out pitch and tapped his watch impatiently wanting us to get our car out of the site as soon as possible. I thought they were just rude.
Pitches were clear but so bone dry was almost like concrete but there were rabbits everywhere it was like being on the set of water ship down.
The restaurant was not cheap either. Rather disappointing as we won't be returning.

Lovely site in Regensburg, we found the website a bit confusing but they speak pretty good english and booking was easy.
Quite a large site with one side for vans and tents kept together in lovely flat fields. Be warned you might need a long electric lead on some pitches. Nice mix of nationalities and people having little 'so where have you come from?' type chats and swapping drinks, really lovely atmosphere. Shout out to our neighbour cycling along the whole length of the Danube who we encouraged to have one too many leaving drinks!
Facilities as ever in Germany are just lovely, yet to find an iffy one! Small bar and restaurant on site doing decent enough food, the locals pop in quite often. They did a proper hog roast while we were there which was a great night, cheap beers too.
Town is about 20 mins walk along a flat cycle path along the river. About half way there is an allotment/garden/weekend home area open to the public with a teeny beer garden that is just gorgeous, do pop in if you're there. Town is lovely, very pretty and typical German shops and tourist stuff, nice square for food, drinks, people watching. Agreed we'd like to have stayed longer and would definitely return.
